Description of Work: The pipes froze under our mobile home. We called on Feb. 17, and received an immediate phone response. Due to the multiple calls for mobile homes the piece of equipment was not available, but they came the next morning. It only took 2 1/2 hours and the job was complete. They thawed the pipes and replaced the heating coil. I want to mention getting under the mobile home was difficult because of the snow. I was very pleased with this company's work, service providers and price.

Description of Work: Gave me an estimate for replacing two toilets and adding booster for hot water to second floor, but I had to ask for itemization and for confirmation on many details of the final contract, which was for toilets only. They gave me an amount, period, with no explanation. After I got the details and decided to use them, I asked by email that they wait until after a certain date to do the work, and then the plumber showed up on that date without an appointment or confirmation call. We rescheduled for a week later and the plumber who did the work was fast and skilled. He probably should have talked with me about possible adjustment of the floats in the tanks in case it was needed, which it was. Another plumber came back the next week to adjust it.

Description of Work: They removed an existing cast iron tub and surrounding tiles and wall. They then installed a multi-piece tub/shower unit and put up sheet-rock around new tub. We have an old house with old plumbing so this wasn't the easiest job for them. The workers were pleasant and professional. We were delighted with the end result.

The repairman, Mike Ford, was knowledgeable and did a good job. |However, like all services today, I think the charges for the call, deployment of machinery, and the labor were exorbitant.
