Description of Work: They came to do a winter tuneup on our boiler. Thad was prompt and courteous and very honest. We just moved in and our boiler is the original one and they could have told us it needed to be replaced but he explained everything to me and told me everything looked good. Next year when we are ready to upgrade we will definitely use them.

Description of Work: Corrected a drain issue.

Description of Work: They came out at the beginning of the summer for an annual service. They had to recharge our HVAC system.

Description of Work: We needed a new well water tank in a hurry and they came a few hours after I called. The price was more than another quote from our regular well service guy, but he was too booked to come for a few days. Quality is excellent, but price still seems a bit high.

Description of Work: This was my first experience with Crisafulli Bros Plumbing. I requested a quotation on the installation of a basement half bath and associated plumbing - fairly straight forward in scope. A representative visited my residence two days later and stated a quotation would be forthcoming via email in a few days. Good to that point. However, I heard nothing further and called the firm two weeks later. The office representative didn't have an explanation as to why no quote or the delay when I called. A few days later this representative emailed that there was one issue determined concerning the town plumbing code requirements and did I still want a quote; I responded affirmatively. After ten more days and no quote received I contacted the company again and requested they cancel my request for a quote stating that their responsiveness and inability to timely provide a quote were unacceptable. The representative apologized and cancelled the quotation request. Given the foregoing circumstances I would not use this firm in the future.

Description of Work: Went well in the end. Excellent HVAC tech. Helpful support staff when calling for price/availability. They had OK price and best availability. | |Only problem was that the tech intially forgot to install warranty extending electrode (+30min) in HW Heater, and then was unclear on how to install it (+30min). In addition, the tech's web invoice/payment tablet application and connection sucked and never worked ended up writing a nearly illegible hand invoice and tech had not been provided the agreed upon pricing... Adding over 1.5 hour total to the job. I put this under professionalism. The actual Tech deserves an A for sticking to it and maintaining a productive attitude throughout. | |Crisafulli should work on some Process and deserves a C for above.

Description of Work: Put Central Air in my home. All went well

Description of Work: We had no hot water so I expected that they would replace our 18-year-old water heater. The service person figured out that the water heater was fine and that the real problem was the solenoid valve on the furnace boiler, which he removed. The charge included a surcharge for the 60 mile round-trip to and from our house, which we expected. We were happy the problem could be solved the same day it happened.

Description of Work: Replaced my hot water heater. It went extremely well. Though it was expensive it was quite reasonable considering the size of the job and the amount of time it tiok

Description of Work: Replaced pump , tank and put in stop valve for small well system. They explained every thing gave me options and did it all in the same day including getting the parts. Everything is working well now and the system is quieter.

Description of Work: Job involved digging a trench with a small backhoe, then replacing a damaged drain pipe between the house and sewer (est. 20 ft. run). Also installed a backflow preventer valve with clean-out capability at this time. Job was done safely, efficiently, and effectively, coordinating well with city inspectors.

Description of Work: Re-routed a badly plugged kitchen drain to a larger sewer line. Nick accessed the sewer problem and gave me two options: a less expensive snaking or the way I chose. Great service and a great Tech.
