Description of Work: ordered 2 frost-proof sillcocks to be installed 7/19 Tue. 1-5 pm. Chris called in AM to answer my questions (very knowledgable) said he'd be here 1-3 PM. Kenny called about 4pm, said he was on his way-I asked what happened to Chris-he didn't know someone else was scheduled & called the office which called me shortly after to say Chris got hung up. Kenny started the job & "had to go to the shop to get a longer drill bit". He asked if it'd be ok to come tomorrow if he couldn't make it back. I didn't mind but for someone else on a schedule I can see where that may have been a problem. Another plumber, John, came the next day, was efficient, knowledgable, & pleasant. He did a great job. I've had Crisafulli for lots of other jobs over the years & only once did someone make a mistake and they came back right away (as soon as I called) to fix it in no time. The experience with the "musical chair" plumbers was unusual for this company & John said they are very busy right now. They have always done great work.
