Called Crisafulli around 7AM, and left a message with their answering service. Called again around 9AM and was told someone would be out later that day. Called around 3PM and "Patrick" was on his way. Patrick was clean and courteous, and jumped right in. Within about 5 minutes, he had determined what was wrong, and identified the issue as a known problem with our particular make and model of water heater (it wasn't bought from Crisafulli). He recommended that we call the water heater manufacturer for a replacement part that would be covered under warranty, instead of paying him to order one for us, and even contacted his dispatcher to get a phone number for the water heater company. He even waited until we had confirmation from the company that they would send a new part, free of charge (we installed the part ourselves when it arrived later that week). Patrick's experience and familiarity with our particular unit saved us the cost of having to buy the part, and we were most appreciative. We also appreciated his friendly approach and his interest in saving us money.

The price shown reflects the ten year warranty with it. The work went very good. They gave me the best price of everyone I called.

I was pleased with the job they did overall. It was a 2 day installation - the furnace was installed on the first day and the AC on the second day. Although they had said that the heat would be working after they were done on the first day, there was a problem with the signal between the thermostat and the furnace. So when I got home that day, the heat wasn't working. But they corrected that first thing when they showed up the next morning. They had also installed a drain line leading to the french drain for the furnace condensate instead of the condensate pump the estimator had told me they would install. Again, they quickly corrected the problem, and had a pretty good attitude about it considering they had to undo work they had just done. I have been very pleased with the new furnace, which is a variable speed model. I would recommend it to anyone. It is very quiet and provides a nice, gentle heat. The weather hasn't been hot enough for air conditioning yet, so I haven't really put that to the test.

They disconnected and took away the old water heater. There were no problems with the installation of the new water heater.

They came as scheduled and the tech called ahead and asked generally about the job so he could get supplies. I told him what I wanted, again mentioned the level shut off at the main(he said it was "code" anyway). He arrived about an hour after the initial scheduled time and was here for 4 1/2 hours, which included time spent for him to run and "get a part."

It went well. They arrived on-time. Both men were clean, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a professional job in 2.5 hours with no mess or broken items (heater was right next to a model train layout).

It was a last minute job and I didn t call around but when I talked to some people they said the price was normal. I used them four years ago to install a furnace and they left my kitchen a mess and broke a piece of my countertop. They did credit me to replace it and since then got rid of the guy who was in charge of that job. So after that, I have been using them and they have been fine. They did good putting in the water heater and everything went smoothly, so now I am happy with them.

We called these people in the middle of the night when we woke up with no heat and they were at our door step within minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part with him in his truck. I was pleased with his work and his quick response on that cold night. I would recommend him.

We have used them on some other jobs in the past and they always know what they are doing. We just let them get to it and they are finished in no time at all. We feel comfortable using them because they are reliable and honest about their work.

Crisafulli's has excellent service and I highly recommend them. They had replaced my seal with a faulty part and when I called them back, they came right out and replaced it. I had no problems at all after that.

They are a very dedicated company who doesn t mind going that extra step to ensure everything is done properly. They went out of their way to find this hard to replace part for us and we really appreciated it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber.

The plumber arrived on time. He gave me an estimate before hand and stuck to the price. The company is very knowledgeable as everything was done correctly the first time. They are a very reputable company within my area. I chose this company based on a referral from a friend. The cost includes the labor and faucet parts.

We - and the former owner of this home - have had the funace checked and maintained EVERY year. Well, one of the things they are supposed to do is maintain the pumps (one of the pump filters is supposed to be cleaned every year). They didn't do this - ever. Their oversight cost us in excess of $600 for a new pump - and that's on top of the $97 paid to them annual to PREVENT the premature failure of the furnace and its components (the pump). If they had cleaned the filter every year - as is required per the manufacturer - we wouldn't have had to replace the pump.

Very well. They are always there when you need them, which is a good feeling when your heat isn't working in the winter.

THEY ARE A GOOD BUNCH OF GUYS. THEY DID THE JOB THAT I ASKED THEM TO DO, BUT THEY DID THE MINIMUM JUST TO GET BY. IT IS HOLDING UP SO FAR, BUT I WASN'T THRILLED WITH HOW THEY DID IT OR WITH THE MATERIALS THAT THEY USED. BUT THEY WERE SPEEDY AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY CLEANED IT EVERY YEAR AND THEY REPLACED A WATER HEATER. THEY SEEM TO DO A GOOD JOB AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE HEATER. AS FAR AS I KNOW, THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 10 YEARS AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD TECHNICALLY AND WHEN THEY COME THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO COME OUT WHICH INCLUDED MULTIPLE CALLS AND CONFUSION. WHEN THEY GET THERE, THEY'RE VERY GOOD. THERE WAS CONFUSION OVER WHETHER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE AT THAT TIME OR NOT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT ONE AND THEN DIDN'T GET HERE UNTIL FOUR.

IT'S THE COMPANY I ALWAYS CALL. I HAVE HAD THEM FOR OTHER THINGS. I JUST HAD ONE BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST YEAR WHERE THE PROBLEM DIDN'T GET FIXED, AND WE HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. HOWEVER, I HAVE USED THEM FOR 18 YEARS, AND I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM OTHER THAN THAT.

THEY WERE GENERALLY GOOD WHEN THEY WERE HERE. THEY ALSO WERE GOOD WITH THE INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE SEEING AND WHAT KIND OF FUTURE MAINTENANCE MIGHT BE NECESSARY ON OUR SYSTEM. A BIG PROBLEM WITH THEM WAS SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT AND WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE SEVERAL TIMES. IT WAS A CHALLENGE FINDING A MUTUAL TIME WHEN WE COULD BE HERE AND THEY COULD BE HERE. THE WORK THEY DID WAS SOLID. THE PRICE SEEMED FAIR FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY SPENT HERE.

THEY ARE PRETTY WELL KNOWN, AND THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD. SINCE THEY ARE WELL KNOWN, THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY FIXED IT.
