They are really nice people. They come when they say they will. They will tell me what the issue is and I don't have the feeling of getting taken advantage by them. I can certainly trust them.

I have used them over the years. They are easy to get a hold of. They are timely and will be able to get out to you fairly quickly. They came in and cleaned their work area once finished.

They came once for an emergency with our downstairs toilet leaking. When the guy got done, there seemed to still be an issue. We called them to let them know, and they immediately came back to fix it right away. I was happy that I didn’t have to wait and that they wanted to make sure the job was done right.

I found them on Angie's List and they are a well known company in the area. They were very good. There was a special for service tune up going on. When I called the office they came highly regarded. I was referred to them from a friend who had used them before. The woman on the phone was very kind and understanding. She answered a lot of questions. I asked them to call me ahead of time when they were coming and the person did call while he was on his way. He came within the time frame allotted. He was polite and professional. He was working at our basement and gave us lot of information. We asked him lot of questions. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail what he was doing. He was very good. He was not messy. He was kind and considerate. He gave us the paper work and explained everything. We gave him the money and after a couple of days we got an envelope in the mail. It was basically thanking us for giving them the job and taking them for our patronage. They also sent us the coupons for our future. They had a nice follow up which I thought was good because many people don't do that. They were very good. They were very competitive and in line with everybody else. If I ever needed them I will definitely give them a call.

Called at 8:30 in the morning after noticing that my 12 year old gas water heater was leaking and needed replacing. The plumber arrived at 12:30 to replace it. Since he was here, I also had him replace an older outside faucet (sillcock) with a new "frost-free" faucet. After the jobs were complete, he cleaned up the work areas and took the old water heater. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the plumber. Prior to calling Crisafulli, I had gone to one of the big-box home improvement products stores that advertises in-store and on-line that a water heater will be installed the same day if an order is made by noon. I was told, however, that they could not be sure it could be installed that day. Crisafulli's installed price for a water heater was comparable to the big-box store and I received prompt service with the Crisafulli installer here 4 hours after my phone call.

It only took a few minutes but their basic charge is $125 for a house call so I was happy to have a $20 coupon from Angie's List. Overall it was a positive experience. Service was prompt, professional and I'd use them again.

Tim from sales was very professional and easy to work with, and submitted a detailed proposal with many options on equipment and cost. Gene did the install and was also very professional and easy to work with. The installation is neat and the unit runs outstanding. Cost was $2,000 less than the competing proposals from Roland Down and DA Bennett for equipment with a 12 year warranty instead of 10. Very pleased and will do business again.

He was extremely professional and punctual. Would use this company again without hesitation.

I tired to fix the faucet, forgot to turn off the water, removed faucet, had a geyser of hot water gushing into the air. had to cut the main water to the house. Called Crisafulli and they were at my house in 20 minutes. They fixed the faucet in the kitchen, the sink and the pipe that I knocked loose in the commotion of the hot geyser in my kitchen. He let me watch him work so I could ask a lot of questions so I now know how to properly fix a faucet myself (but I will never ever attempt to do so again) Cost of repair; 200 dollars Learning not to mess around with things I know nothing about; priceless

Mr. Tim was the one who came over to our place to do the job. He was nice and friendly. He did the work efficiently and quickly.

Technician arrived on time, completed the requested work quickly and cleaned up an evidence that he had even been here. After he left the new dryer fit in the laundry closet.

Todd was very professional and prompt. He witnessed the water hammer by on/off cycling of several fixtures, and he measured hose bib pressure. He determined and stated the cause of the water hammer problem; recommended installing a new pressure regulating valve, check valve, and expansion tank, and perhaps some sink washers that may have been damaged by water hammer. The Company estimate was received within a week and our response to the quoted five hundred and ninety five dollars for a pressure regulating valve, check valve and globe valve (no expansion tank) is pending. We are pleased with the consultation.

I like them for generally plumbing but did not like the specific service we needed them to do at this particular time. I would not recommend them for involved plumbing services. We have used them in the past and they have done a great job, but this particular time I was not impressed.

The service representative arrived on time. After calling to advise he was on his way. He put "booties" on over his shoes to keep floors clean. He was courteous and efficient.

We had them provide and install a double check valve and thermal expansion tank on our cold water supply line,run a new water line for a new outside hose bibb, and install hot & cold water lines,a pump and drain and vent piping for a wet bar in our basement.The estimate for the work was in the midrange of those we received from a number of local firms at $1925.All the carpets and finished floor were covered with drop cloths to protect them and the work areas were cleaned while the work was performed.The actual work was professionally done and went the extra step,as Scott said,"like I was doing the work in my own house".The copper work was properly supported and was done so neatly I hated to cover it up.The pex lines were properly supported and neatly run.We are very happy with the work done and would definitely use this firm again in the future.
