The estimate was in the middle of the three I got. It was higher than the estimate for a different AC brand, but around $300 less than for the same unit from another provider. The two installers seemed knowledgeable and were willing to answer questions and explain what they were doing. Worked efficiently, but didn't rush the job, either. They left the work areas, including the driveway, clean. So far, the unit is performing well. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again.

The hot water heating was working intermitently. We called yesterday adn they were able to come today. They were prompt and very professional. The worker seemed knowledgeable and fixed the problem in a small amount of time. In my opinion it was pricey as we were charged for not only travel time, but the time he took to write up the bill, essentially being billed an extra $20 for paperwork.

He knew right away that the drain from the washer was the problem. Once he cleared the line the problem was solved.

I was looking for a pool heating company and could not get anybody from the Pool People sadly and so it turns out that Crisafulli Bros does a repair. They do pool heating repair and they are excellent. They came very quickly. There were a couple of issues/problems and they were able to resolve everything. They did a really good job. I liked their demeanor very well. They did an excellent job.

My 20 year old A/C was having intermittent starting issues and the problem ended up being pretty uncommon. I worked with their service manager Matt and senior HVAC tech John and the problem was solved quickly and at a good price point. Instead of pushing me on just replacing this 20 yr old unit that works very well, they took the time to troubleshoot the system and understand what the problem was. All staff that I worked with were friendly and professional - something that is very hard to find these days. Would definitely use again.

Got three bids from A rated Angie's list providers and selected Crisafulli Bros Plumbing & Heating Contractors Inc. Not the cheapest but the most attentive to details about system requirements. Scott provided a detailed proposal which we accepted. Old unit removed and replaced over the course of a day. Seemed to go well. The next day a cold snap hit and the furnace did not turn on. An evening call resulted in an immediate response by a service tech, Mike S., who identified and resolved the wiring issue and took preventative steps to assure proper working order. Issue did not take away from the quality of the overall installation. So, we got to experience both a professional installation job and their "red carpet" service. Subsequent issue related to billing was also handled quickly and professionally.

My husband and I recently bought our house and had never used the AC. We called for service to inspect the unit, let us know if it needed any work, and get it running for the summer. The service tech that responded was punctual, but was rude and abrupt. After what seemed like 10 minutes of inspecting our unit, he told us there was an issue he could not locate. He was 95% certain the unit needed to be replaced, but could spend "hours" looking for the issue if we wanted. We told him we did not want to replace the unit at that time and he left. We later called a second company to get another opinion on the unit. When the second company's technician went to inspect the unit, they discovered that the Crisafulli tech had removed our capacitor, which prevented the unit from even being turned on. The Crisafulli tech never told/asked us about taking this piece. We did contact the company, and after two phone calls a new piece was provided to us. I appreciate getting the piece back, but it should never have been taken in the first place. It is our equipment whether it works or not. We now regret having paid in advance for the fall furnace service. UPDATE: It turns out that the Crisafulli service technical also took the circuit board from our AC. After finding this out, we called the company to get our second part returned to us. The service manager, Matt, told us that he would look into it and call us back the next day. Four days later, after not hearing back from him, we called again and were sent to voice mail. It was only after we wrote the poor review above on Angie's List that the General Manager, Allen, called us to inquire about our their poor review. Allen offered to come to the house on Wednesday before July 4th and look at the unit with another service tech. We called to confirm the appointment the day before and were forwarded to voicemail because Allen was out of the office. The receptionist said she would make sure he received our confirmation, but Allen never showed up. Allen did eventually make it out to our house with a service tech the following week to look at the AC. The missing parts were returned to us and the tech looked at the AC again to see what the issue was. Allen apologized for the service issues. It turns out that our condenser was bad and we will need a new AC because we have an older unit and the condenser isn't manufactured anymore. Because of our poor initial experience, Crisafulli has given us a deal on replacing the AC with a new unit.

I thought the price was reasonable. The whole process was very professional. Two guys that did the installation were professional, did a good job and we are extremely happy with what they did. I chose them because I had worked with them before because I knew they were a quality company. The price was within a few hundred dollars of the next lowest.

They came out right away. They were very punctual. They had to open a wall to get to the problem, so it cost little over $300. Everything works fine now. They are also very good with heating and air-conditioning.

Easy to get a hold of and came ASAP. We bought a house with the Ferrari of all furnaces and the pervious owner never had it cleaned or inspected after installation. The repairman fixed what needed fixing, advised exactly how it worked and why the problem occurred in the first place. He cleaned out the entire unit and it worked like a dream. We have scheduled yearly inspections with the company before he ever left our home. Highly recommended.

Provider responded promptly and arrived right on time. Problem was that the estimate was 75-100% higher than two others I received for the service, which was to clean a clog in my main drain line to the septic tank. These folk might be great, but the price seemed out of line.

Called during the week and was told that it would have to be m-f for a service call but the girl said hold on...a few mins later they said they would come on a saturday which was great for me.

.2 years ago I had Crisafulli Bros examine my existing HVAC system which was a Lennox HIgh Efficiency gas furnace, with a Trane AC unit (15 years old). The sales person was very professional and, due to the Federal requirements for the tax credit, had to do some research to find an AC unit that would qualify me for the tax credit AND fit my Lennox Furnace which was only 8 years old. I also had another company do the same. Criafulli Bros was not only cheaper by about $2500 for the SAME unit, but they also had a condensor that would get me the tax credit and fit the furnace. The unit was installed in 1 day and everyone showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Now onto service. I have two HVAC systems in my home (due to an addition), so I purchased the 3-year (but pay for 2) special. The price for BOTH units (AC and Furnace, 2 each) for the 3 years was 1050. The only complaints I have about that is that they required that I have both units serviced that fall (even though they'd already done the AC that spring), and quality is a little varied depending upon who shows up. For example, the red carpet treatment varies on what they do. One tech never cleaned the condensate pump and a week later it failed and flooded my basement. (granted, it was older and they didn't install it, but I would've expected the units to be CLEANED). However, that's not an item on their red carpet checklist (the only condensate pump item is "is it working"). Also, 3 diff. techs measure the temps differently. One uses a thermometer stuck into the actual plenum, another used an IR thermometer on the registers (I own one as well and I can tell you they are not quite accurate when you measure air in a metal duct like that). Another just sprayed the outside of the AC unit (they didn't actual take the panels off to clean out the gunk in there).

Every person we were in contact with was extremely professional. Clearly knew what they were talking about. Dishwasher and washer problems were immediately fixed to our satisfaction. Expectations were met. Our new shower was installed well and area cleaned up afterward. A few days later we noticed on the ceiling below our leaking shower was leaking again. We called them back and they sent someone over right away who fixed the problem right away at no extra charge. Completely professional. They were the third plumber we had hired and we wished we had hired them first. Would strongly recommend them to others and will use them again in the future for all plumbing needs. You get what you pay for in this area. They are a bit more expensive, but worth all the hassle you would experience with anyone else.

They came within an hour of my phone call and it amazed me. They seem to be one of the most reasonably priced service providers I have found. They tell you over the phone what you can expect the price to be.

I called Crisafulli shortly after noon earlier this week, expained that I had a leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced, and asked that the adjacent plumbing be checked for any needed repair. By later that afternoon Todd showed up, replaced the faucet, and corrected an issue relative to the adjacent plumbing.The job was completed within an hour. Todd was professional throughout.

They are always prompt and professional. They are more expensive than some, but you get what you pay for.

Their price seemed reasonable. My husband was suspicious because when they came and turn on the thermostat something broke with the A/C and so they have to do a relatively expensive repair on the wiring but I think it was just unessential, but their argument was that if hadn't check it, it wouldn't happen the first time they put on the air conditioner and they ended up giving us $50 credit or refund when we called to complain with the guy who came out and seemed untrained and they did admit that he was not experienced and he's new and so they didn't charge us for his time. Basically when he saw the problem, he had to call for somebody else to fix it and they ended up taking more time ans we really feel like they should be responsible for that and they agreed and gave us the $50 refund and they did fix the problem and haven't had a problem with A/C since then. I think I used them again when my toilet got clogged.

I was having a trouble with the hot water tank that they had installed. They just had to pump in, but they drained out the sediment from it. I was having problem with it. I told them that they should let me get a new one. One guy came out and he checked it. He said right now it was okay, and I have to get a new one; but they would probably not going to cover it for me or help me with it. I had talk to their service manager over there. He was going to get back to me, but he never did. I am done with them fully. They were supposed to get back to me whether they would get me a new deal or not, but they never did. I have used them for years. There were a lot of staff turnover. They had done work for me in the past. They are good about coming back when I need them to. They are usually here when they are supposed to come. They are good with the appointments.

The service technician called ahead, indicating he'd be a bit late. He did try to save me a service call, and walked me through examining the pilot light over the phone. However, I couldn't see it properly, and was nervous about re-lighting it properly. When he got there, he examined the hot water heater and found nothing mechanically wrong with it. He was able to easily relight the pilot light, and showed me to do it. He indicated the most likely cause of failure was a thermocouple, which in the absence of the pilot light will disable the flow of gas to the hot water heater. At the time, I was unwilling to follow up more, as the pilot stayed lit, and the cause of failure might simply have been an errant breeze. Most thermocouples are a right-hand screw type; mine happened to be a rare one-off design that integrated a thermal overheat sensor with the thermocouple - and a left-hand screw type. Unfortunately, he did not recognize this one-off product, so my follow-up work was led a bit astray, as I initially tried to obtain the "universal" (except for my model) thermocouple from a local hardware store. The bill was expensive for the 15 minutes actually spent, but probably on par for plumbing. A coupon from Angies List was not correctly applied - not enough to warrant a hassle getting a refund, but frustrating nonetheless. In general I was pleased. He certainly knew what he was doing and correctly diagnosed the problem up front.

I finally called Crisafulli and they came the next day, fixed the problem, and checked all of the other fixtures and made a few adjustments. I started using Crisafulli for home plumbing services a few years ago, have had them over 3 different times, and am extremely happy with their punctuality and service.

My experience with them was great. They were great. They gave great service and were professional. I would hire them back in a second.

I loved them. They are just very punctual. They fixed everything the first time. They are professional and they know what they are doing.
