They were great. They guys were really unintrusive when they came over. It was a nasty job because we were taking out old tiles and we were removing tubs, that kind of thing. They were fantastic. They asked me questions like, "This is going to be this way, is that what you wanted?" I also got some inputs as we were going along, things always come up. And I also like the fact that they ask. I felt totally comfortable with them in the house. There was no problem there. They really cared about what they were doing and they wanted it to looked good and that was a big deal. They cleaned it up more than I would ever have expected anybody to clean it up. And they really did. They did a good job.

It was a pleasure working with Crisafulli Bros. throughout the whole process. Their salesman (Lisa) was extremely knowledgeable and professional, did not try to "up-sell" me on something I didn't need, and promptly returned my phone calls (even on the weekends). I was able to book the installation very quickly, and the service technicians arrived promptly on the specified date. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to work and get my system running. The installation was very clean and everything works great. It will be a great summer thanks to Crisafulli Bros....thanks again!

It went well. They were pleasant and efficient. It was fixed and I was happy with that.

My impression of them is that they do a professional job, and all that I know is that the air conditioner and the furnace work very well. As far as I know they seem to do a good job. Price I find them competitive. They are responsive actually they called me and set up the appointment. They were here when they said they would be here. They seem to know what they are doing, they are friendly and professional.

Service contract was expensive. The charges are for each piece of a dual zone HVAC system. This surprised me. The system is old so I agreed to the service. I had to call them to remind them to come service my system in January. I have yet to hear from them to service the air conditioner for the summer.

They were very prompt and professional. They were in and out within a few hours. They're convenient.

Appointment was made quickly. I had next day service. Plumber arrived promptly and had the problem corrected in a short time. I have had no problem since. Service was quick and professional. I highly recommend them.

Brian came to replace our garbage disposal. It turned out that our light switch was dead, too. I though, great, now we have to go hire an electrician. But Brian was able to replace the light switch for us, as well. We have a gas generator, which went on once we shut off the electricity. He even knew how to shut that off, too! The new insinkerator that was recommended is quiet and a significant improvement to what we had. We have called Crisafulli Bros. before, and every time our experience has been wonderful. Their employees are knowledgeable, professional, and they get the job done. Although pricey, they are worth every penny!

It went really well. They did a great job. They were prompt, polite and efficient. They filled out the rebate for me. They did all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign it. It was really just great customer service. They were everything you would want them to be. I had no problems at all.

They did come when ever they said they would, but as stated above, they didn't do the work to code, as per our building inspector.

HOT WATER HEATER WAS LEAKING AND SO I CALLED THE COMPANY THAT THE WATER HEATER WAS WAS PURCHASED FROM - THEY RECOMMENDED CRISAFULI BROS. . WHEN I CALLED CRISAFULI, THE, PERSON ON THE PHONE SAID THAT THEIR TRUCKS WERE STOCKED WITH MOST OF THE THINGS NEEDED TO REPAIR A PLUMBING PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT SOMEONE WAS AVAILABLE THAT AFTERNOON. SO I ASKED THEM TO COME. . WHEN THE MECHANIC GOT HERE ABOUT 2 PM HE CONFIRMED THAT THE WATER HEATER WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. BUT WOULD HAVE TO ORDER ONE. i ASKED HIM WHEN HE EXPECTED THE JOB TO BE FINISHED AND HE TOLD ME ABOUT 6 PM. RELYING ON HIS INFORMATION I TOLD HIM TO ORDER THE HEATER. DURING THIS TIME HE WAITED FOR THE HEATER. THE DELIVERY WAS HERE AFTER 5P.M. THEN BOTH MECHANICS PROCEEDED TO WORK ON THE REPLACEMENT. AT 6:30PM THE MECHANIC REPORTED TO ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO GO HOME DEPOT FOR PARTS AND HE RETURNED AT 7;45 AND TOOK THE FIRST TRUCK AND LEFT. AT 8:45 THE SECOND MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT HE HAD TO GO TO hOME DEPOT FOR PARTS AND RETURNED AT 9:30 PM. FINALLY FINISHED A LITTLE AFTER 11 PM WHEN HE CAME UPSTAIRS TO GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, CHECK THE WATER PRESSURE (WATER HAD BEEN OFF FROM 2 P.M. UNTIL 11 PM) . CRISAFULLI BROS. CALLED THIS CHARGE INTO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THE NEXT DAY. THEY DID NOT SEND ME A BILL UNTIL I CALLED AND ASKED FOR IT AFTER THE CHARGE APPEARED ON MY BILL. THEIR EXPLANATION WAS THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE CUSTOMERS BILLS UNLESS THEY ASKED FOR THEM. I FEEL THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION - I AM 85 YEARS OLD AND LIVE ALONE. NOBODY WAS THERE TO INTERCEDE FOR ME.

Noelle was our service provider and he was great! He was clear explaining what needed to be done to complete what we asked and we also had several small jobs around the house to take care of. He was courteous and tidy the whole time, he showed us how to maintain some of the things that we needed to maintain and was very able to answer the questions we had. On other occasions they always call to remind us about maintenance issues and services. They arrive when they say they will and call if they are running behind due to another job.

They were really fast. They have a good price compared to other companies I had an estimate with. They were on time. They were good at being responsive. They were great at being professional.

I discovered our bathtub was not draining at all despite using drain cleaner and a plunger. I called Crisafulli Bros. around 7:30am and the woman I spoke with was very professional and personable. I was told someone could be out the same day within a four-hour window. I received a call from the tech at 8:45am telling me he would be at my home in 25 minutes- he was there in 20. The tech's name was Dave D. and he couldn't have been more polite and professional. He took a look at my issue and I let him get to work. In less than an hour he had the drain working better than before when it was actually working. Based on the experience I had, I would not think twice about contacting Crisafulli Bros. again for any of my plumbing needs. They got the job done fast and efficiently, and the fact they had someone to my home so quickly the same day earns serious bonus points in my book.

They do a great job, Dean again showed up to our house, great guy. He is quick, efficient and does great work. The faucets are now all working and he saved us a bigger project. The labor costs are high with Crisafulli but the quality justifies it in my opinion. Will use again and would highly recommend.

Dean showed up at approximately 9pm on Easter Sunday. He was very helpful and gave us peace of mind in showing us that the sewer line was not plugged. He made a few suggestions as to what he thought might be wrong (not related to the plumbing), and was on his way. He warned us from the start of the OT rate that we would pay as we called him around 8:15pm, and was very up front with all pricing that we may incur. We would not hesitate to call them again for any future problems.

I called to inspect a new furnace put in the fall. ( DIY ) Wanted it checked for proper installation verification ( for homeowners insurance ). They came in two days, inspected all elements of hookup and safety, explained everything on how it all works, and gave us the go ahead to a safe and warm winter. They even offered a coupon, so that was great !!

Our sump pump would not stop running, at 11:30 pm! We heard it, and had to unplug it while the sump hole filled with water. We called Crisafulli Bros., got the answering service. about 15 minutes later Mike called, and said he would check in the shop to see if there was a pump. He called 10 minutes later, said he had the part and would be over in about 40 minutes. He was here in about 30 minutes, with the sump pump. It took him about 20-25 minutes to install it. We are in a high water table area, so we would have to be bailing water if our sump pump did not work. We've had to do that once before, so it was worth $175 per hour not to have our basement flooded. That sounds like a high price to pay, and that's why I gave the price a "B." Mike was very professional. We were "bailed" out by Crisafulli Bros., and will call them again when we need plumbing services. He left just after 1:15 am. Thanks!

Called Crisafulli Bros. to repair a burst pipe in my garage wall leading to the outside faucet. The plumber arrived within the hour. He had to cut out a section of wallboard to replace the burst pipe. Repair took one hour. Very prompt and efficient service.

Work was completed in under 5 hours as scheduled. The cost of replacement was hundreds of dollars below other other heating contractors with higher quality furnace (Lennox).

Took 3 days to fix the issue. I will give credit to the technicians who were professional but the new technology of the gas valve was the real problem. At the end after 3 days he could make it work "by chance" and we did not take a chance to even touch it after he got it working. The technician calls you and their meter starts running. They usually are in a hurry so even a simple issue may get overlooked. The technicians had the best interest but were also battling against the clock. They charged my credit card twice , once without my authorization. After calling them they did refund one of the payments within couple of weeks. Now after 6 months they have sent me "past due notice" for the same amount. So I will have to go thru the headache of calling them again to resolve the issue. They need to fix the problem with their invoicing system or process. Overall - good technicians, good over the phone but lousy billing system

Cleaned out natural gas furnace. Was very helpful with information about what needed to be replaced. Did not try to push any repairs. Purchased service contract for furnace and air conditioner for great price!

We used them again when we had another problem with the furnace and again were very satisfied.

The service was excellent and the gentleman that came was very professional and nice.

Will call them back again for sure.
