I was very impressed. The plumber was polite and wore protective coverings on his shoes and also put down drop cloth where he worked. I was going to use roto rooter until I compared the reviews on both companies. this was an easy decision and I was not disappointed.

My husband and brother replaced my kitchen faucet, during the process they broke the valve for the hot water pipe. My husband contacted Crisafulli around 4:00 on a Monday requesting a plumber to repair the valve. Crisafulli stated by the time they would arrive it would be an after hours repair at increased cost. I was agreeable since I didn't want to be without hot water and agreed to cost in order to get it done. They said someone would be over within a couple hours. We waited until after 7:00 and had not heard anything further from customer service or a plumber. My husband called Crisafulli asking for a time frame when they would arrive and was told the on-call plumber had never been told we were waiting for him to come! It was going to be another hour before he could be there. In the meantime I had been waiting to bathe my daughter hoping it would not be a lengthy process. I admit I was annoyed that the day customer service had not communicated my service call to whoever needed to come. The plumber arrived earlier than the hour which I did appreciate as well as that he was working on a humid, hot summer night. He went down to my basement around 8:00 to start the repair. The plumber came up from my basement at 10:00 and said he had to go to his van for paperwork and then was gave us the bill at 10:15! He charged us for 2.5 hours of labor!!! He worked two hours, not two and a half!! Also he gave me a quote to change some pipes, reporting they are rusted and leaky. These pipes are not rusted but have condensation on the outside, have the entire time I lived in the house. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. I have previously had service from Crisafulli for heating service and never had any issues. Now I am questioning if I want to continue my annual heating contract with them.

They sent out and employee for an assessment and estimate, which cost $100+. On a positive, they do apply this to the overall cost of the project, but I did feel that it was a bit much. Overall, they were professional, courteous, and all work was completed on time.

.The service was excellent. I had technicians for plumbing - needed to snake a pipe, A/C - general central air yearly maintenance, and thermostat - installed my new Nest thermostat. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. All my needs were fulfilled. I have use Crisafulli Bros. for everything that deals with heating, A/C and plumbing. They are always extremely prompt and professional. The best part is that their technicians are not bothered by me hanging out with them and asking a bunch of questions - I am an engineer and a new homeowner so I have a lot of questions. I will continue to use them!

I have used Chrisafulli Bros. for the last several years and they have always provided fast, courteous, friendly, expert and professional service. This job was no exception. They showed me the problem and fixed it perfectly in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Called because toilet was leaking around original flange. He arrived at 12:30 and the window for arrival was between 9 and 1. The wait time from when I called the office to the appointment time was reasonable. He said the leaking could be caused by any number of things and fastest fix was to replace flange with larger size. He did not use drop cloths in the bath, instead he removed toilet and did all work on the new tile floor, placing tools on the vanity top without any padding underneath. When he finished he cleaned the area, although there were waxy spots he missed that I cleaned after he left. He installed the new flange and instead of using flange spacers to bring toilet up to level with the floor he used a thick layer of silicone and two wax rings. Then when he reset the toilet the bolts from the flange through the toilet base were not long enough to reach the top of the base. Instead he installed the nuts upside down and they barely caught. Less than a week after installation the toilet started moving or rocking when I sat on it. It got progressively worse. Two months after his work, I had another plumber I had used in the past come to fix the rocking toilet. He showed me the work the plumber from Crisafulli had done, which is when I learned about the silicone and extra wax ring being used instead of spacers and that the toilet was never actually bolted to the floor. Because the bolts he used did not extend over the base of toilet and there was no washer over the hole in the toilet base, the bolt and nut were just in the hole and not holding the toilet to the floor. I called Crisafulli because the plumber I usually use was unavailable when the toilet was leaking. They have good reviews on Angie's list and I'd seen their vans at my neighbor's homes in the past. Because they hire several plumbers to do their service work it is unavoidable that there will be some variability in the service performed depending on which person is assigned to a specific job.

On time, professional. Treated me as a good customer even though I am a single female.

The Technician from Crisafulli arrived as scheduled. Upon investigation, he determined he did not have gas valves for this job. He left my home and went back to Albany to his warehouse for the valves. The roundtrip time away was approx 1 hour. When he returned, he performed the work satisfactorily. However, when he presented the Invoice for payment, he included the 1 hour of labor to make his round-trip to the Warehouse. This was over $100 for his time. I paid the invoice. I sent an E-Mail a few days later to the Service Manager (Mike?) to inquire whether this was normal practice, whereby a Customer requests a service call to replace/install 2 standard gas valves and the Technician arrives with no valves, travels back to the warehouse for the vavles for a gas servicing, and charges the Customer an extra $100 because his van did not have gas valves?? Upon no response, I sent another note to the President, Andrea, with a copy to the Service Manager, describing what had happened. She responded the next day, over a weekend, and apologized for the events. I felt it was a very sincere and much appreciated apology. She indicated that Mike(?) would make arrangements to refund the 1 hour of labor charged for the extra travel by the Technician. 5 mionths later, I never received a partial refund. I see Andrea on television commercials frequently speaking to the importance of Customers. Sounds great!

I adopted a "free" tabby cat. I brought him home on July 3, opened the carrier, and never laid eyes on the cat again. I was convinced he was skulking around in the cold air return ductwork. So I called Crisufulli Brothers. The tech showed up and did a thorough iPhone search throughout the ductwork and furnace. He even had a kitty lure app. But, alas, no cat and no cat droppings. So at least I know where the cat isn't. The tech was a cat lover and really did a search in all the nooks and crannies favored by felines. I have since had a sighting but he dashed up to the top of the furnace and disappeared. I also see evidence that he is coming upstairs to eat from his food bowl. So sooner or later I'll figure it out. But I thank Crisifulli for the help.

Best service call for me to date. Very professional, friendly, punctual and neat. Also upgraded pipes and fittings to meet code. Took the time to show me important features of the new water heater, see the completed product and answer any questions. I will call them for any future work. They gave use a curtesy call to let us know when the technician was on his. Would highly recommend them.

Due to minerals in water, the shower head was "welded" to pipe and person helping me was concerned that pipe would break and this small project would become a major repair so after a few tries at removing the old shower head, we decided to let a pro do it - called Crisafulli's office and told them my tale. No problem, I was given information on the charges and I was set up with a next day 8:30 a.m. appointment. "Moose" called me about 8 and said he would be here in a few minutes - he was. Quickly he sized up the problem and had the old shower head off so fast, I really couldn't believe it. Fast and efficient - what more could anyone want.

He came immediately on a Sunday night. It was a night when the pipes would have frozen, since it was extremely cold. He came promptly. He was efficient, through, and we've had no problems since. He was very professional and good at answering questions. I was definitely use them again.

They came the next business day after we called. The guy on our service call was super nice and worked like a horse to get our hotwater heater down very steep basement stairs. They are a little more on the pricy side however they get the work done great.

After waiting a number of weeks I called his direct number. He said he was sorry & and would Email me again . After numerous phone calls and receiving the same response, he retires! Now I call the sales department again and they tell me they will look into it and call me back. No call back, had to call them. Then it was can get into his files, can't find his files. Still don't have an estimate 5 months later.And all I get is We'll look into it. I went with them because of their reputation & being on Angies List. I guess I was wrong.

They are a big company and they've been around here for a long time. The guy was prompt and pleasant. He came when he said he was going to come and he got the job done quickly. He was pretty customer friendly and he did look at couple of toilets that was leaking and adjusted couple of them and he didn't charge us for those.

I AM DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (STEVEN) DID A OUTSTANDING JOB. I REMAINED WITH HIM FOR THE ENTIRE SERVICE VISIT BECAUSE I HAVE A TECHNICAL BACKGROUND AND I AM VERY MUCH INTERESTED IN THE UNIT FROM A HOME OWNERS VIEW POINT AS WELL AS THE UNIT ITSELF. STEVEN DID A OUTSTANDING JOB. HE WAS CAREFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND INFORMATIVE IN SETTING UP THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT FOR ME. THEY EVEN CALLED ME TO INFORM ME THAT THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WILL BE A LITTLE LATE FOR THE SERVICE VISIT. THE OFFICE STAFF AND THE SERVICE TECHNICAN ARE A WONDERFUL AND PRECIOUS ASSET TO CRISAFULLI BROS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL.

They were great in every way, right in line on price with other contractors. We ran the gas line ourselves, they hooked it up at the meter and at the new heater. They removed my old oil burning unit at no extra charge, and when they ran into complications that they didn't foresee (the heater was right over a ramp, making it difficult to get a lift there) they didn't try to charge me extra or delay the job too much, they just did what had to be done. Overall, an excellent experience.

They do tune up, cleaning and repair. They are very good.

Reasonable cost. He was very patient. They were very good with their work. They showed up when they were suppose to and did a good job. they were very responsive.

It went well. Their price and service was good. They were efficient, professional and stuck exactly what's the quote was.

I was very pleased with them. They once installed a new furnace for me and the following year, they installed a central air unit for me and they've also done some minor plumbing for me too. The person who came out to give me an estimate really took his time to explain everything to me, and I like the fact that they are sort of like a one stop shop. They are pricey, I will say that, but they're very reliable, they're timely, I have had to call them in an emergency so I like the fact that they get back to you right away, they're punctual and as I said before, they're reliable.

They were very good. Their plumber was very good. He's very flexible and very friendly. He did a really nice job. He did exactly what I asked him to do.

They were good. Decent price, I didn't have anything to compare it to though. They were professional, they followed up with us a couple months later to make sure everything was going ok.
