They have been very good. They even have a program on the radio and are very knowledgeable. I haven't had any problems with their work and I would highly recommend them. I will use them again.

They normally do my oil changes, maintenance and inspections. I showed up to them but they went ahead and took me in.

They have a convenient location to where I was employed. I like the fact that it is a husband and wife run shop and not a big chain. They seem to be pretty straightforward and the prices are comparable to other places. They also provide transportation when you drop your vehicle off if you need a ride.

I go to Broadway Auto for all my car service needs. The staff is friendly and professional and the work gets done on time. In the dozen or so times I've been there I only had one problem (a dashboard dial stopped working after a repair) but they fixed the problem immediately. They provide rides to/from work while your car is being worked on and help reduce the disruption that car repair can mean to your day to day activities.
The cost is a little high compared to other garages I've been to (maybe 10-20% higher), but the reliability and high quality of service makes it very much worth the cost.

I've been going to Broadway Auto Clinic for at least 10 years now. Owners Sandra and Scott are great. I ordered 4 Continental CrossContact LX20's from Tire Rack had them delivered to their shop. They mounted, balanced and installed them onto my 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid. I gave them permission to road force the tires if necessary as I love a smooth ride like it’s from the factory. I also had them check the alignment and it was found minorly out of spec, they tweaked it for a discounted price and provided a printout of the alignment (before and after). Very pleased with their work.

I've been coming to Broadway auto for years now off and on for service on my 1985 Honda Prelude. While not always the cheapest (in fact they are middle of the road in that regard, at best), I find that the level of service they provide makes up for it. The owners (Rick and Sandra) are usually on site and are friendly to deal with.
The waiting area is one of the best in the region, flat screen TV, coffee, plenty of space. The garage itself seems to be very well maintained. The one thing I really appreciate is whenever we've had questions regarding our service (what was done, or why something needed to be done), the mechanics are usually more than happy to take the time and explain to us the diagnostics that helped them determine the issue, as well as how the issue was addressed. This goes a long way to helping me have piece of mind regarding the work, which is especially important with an older vehicle such as mine.
As said the prices tend to be a bit on the high side, but overall I feel are worth it for the consistency and reliability in service provided.

Steve takes great care of my van. He always does a good job. I've purchased tires and have had brake work done. Their prices are always reasonable.

They are fabulous. I saw them within the last few months. The dealer was unable to get the lug-nuts off my tyres and they were able to do it. They had to destroy the lug-nuts and replace them. They have a lovely waiting area with comfortable recliners. The staff are exceptionally friendly. They have Wi-Fi. I can bring my Ipad. I would use them again and again!

I have been taking my car to Broadway for several years now and have always been treated fairly and have never felt taken advantage of. On this occasion, I had taken the car in for an oil change and they told me that part of the muffler had a hole in it. I discussed options with them and decided to replace that particular part, which they ordered. When the part came in, they discovered that they'd have to do extensive rewelding to make it work. We again discussed options and I decided that it would be better to just replace the entire muffler. Through this whole situation, I felt like I was treated as a partner in the decision making process and did not feel railroaded into buying something I really didn't need.

Broadway Auto makes customers feel welcomed and they also provide shuttle service to and from your office or home. The garage I previously used would shuttle me to work, but I had to find a ride back to them when my car was ready.

I have recommended Broadway Auto to several friends and they have been pleased with the service they received.

Made an appointment - got in the next day. Dropped the car before work (walked to work). They called that day, told me the problem, quoted me the price. I agreed and walked back and picked the car up after work. Had a great chat with the mechanic. Very, very nice people and seemed extremely knowledgable about cars.

In the past, I've used Cap Cities BMW to service the car--they're very good, but their prices are quite high, as with all dealers. I tried a couple of other independent shops, with very poor overall experiences (stay away from Autobahn on Central Ave., Albany!), so I was slightly skeptical about trying Broadway. To my surprise, however, they were great! They use top quality parts and products, and their technician did a great job.

I have probably been in 10 times in the last three years because it is an older car. The service great.

I didn t have to wait long and the people that worked there were very nice. They made sure to answer all of my questions and they were finished fairly quickly. I was happy with the service because they were knew what they were doing and didn t try to rip me off.
