Ado Construction

I purchased The Big Deal for 4 hours of Handyman Service or two hours with two workers. The provider contacted me promptly via e-mail and I proposed that we discuss some of the things on my list that he might be able to get done in that time period. We eventually talked on the phone, but we did have some communication issues and he didn't quite understand my suggestion of stopping by before the actual day of service to check out what materials he would need, so that didn't happen. I tried to call him back twice and left another e-mail. I finally heard back from the provider the day before he was supposed to come out. When he arrived 1/2 hour earlier than the agreed upon time, he assessed that the job I suggested was going to take longer than two hours and would cost several hundred dollars in materials, so I offered another job which he agreed to. He went to buy materials and returned to complete the job within the two hour time frame and we paid him for the materials. His work was fine, but as I said, we did have some communication issues.

Ado was wonderful! He contacted me right away, and spoke to me about the job while he was on vacation. We set up a time for him to come over and I was able to send a list of what needed to be done. The day before Ado contacted me to confirm the date, time and the jobs needed to be done. He called in the morning to let me know he was on the way. He was on time, got right to work and did not stop until all of the jobs were complete. The quality of the work was very good. The molding was put down cleanly and makes the rooms look complete. The doors do not look like they needed any repair at all. Ado was very professional, helpful and nice. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone!

I located Ado on Angie's List. I purchased the big deal for 4 hours of handyman service. He called the day before and showed up early the next day. I told him what needed to be done and he completed the jobs in a timely manner. I have used Ado for work before and as before he did an excellent job. I will definitely use his services for future projects.

I wanted a fan installed and an outlet and light installed. All needed some wiring. He showed up and said he does not run any wiring. Are you kidding, a contract that says they do electrical work but does not run any wiring. Remove this contractor from and electrical work category. I need to get my money back.

Workers did jobs well and in a professional manner.

Excellent job! Professional, courteous and explained the procedure in pressure washing our raised ranch noting little spots which could not be cleaned... Our house looks brand new!

Went great, clean, courteous, very pleasant. Admir is a terrific guy, and a great and willing worker. The window needed another coat of paint, and he returned to finish the job. Overall, a pleasant experience.

It was an excellent experience. The job was done very professionally with minimum interruption to me. I will recommend Aldo Construction to my friends and will use them again in the future.

REPAIR TO BIFOLD DOOR. BOUGHT NEW HARDWARE AND REPAIRED WHAT WE HAD TRIED SO MANY TIMES. WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN - SO THANKFUL AND WOULD USE HIM FOR OTHER JOBS ANYTIME. VERY NICE MAN.

The toughest part was scheduling the appointment he had to cancel twice because he was held up at other jobs. He always called, was apologetic and tried to reschedule. I bought the service from an Angie's List deal. I don't think Ado is set up to take a lot of calls -- he does the scheduling himself. When he came, the work he did was very good.

He got it all done alot faster than I thought it would take. He was very nice and professional.

I had quite a list! He sanded down the sill for our French doors so they would close properly; he power washed the side of our house and my outdoor furniture; he assembled my outdoor table and market umbrella; he replaced a faulty switch in a bathroom light fixture; he removed some old wall-to-wall carpeting (nasty job); he installed two blinds in a bedroom; he installed the wall mount for my 42" TV and, though I hadn't even asked him to do it, he affixed my heavy television to the mount for me saying 'it was a difficult job' and he didn't want to leave it to me to do... he did some other miscellaneous things -he worked straight through, took no breaks (except to drink water - it was a hot day!). Ado is a lovely person and a pleasure to have around. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!.

He's a professional and nice gentleman. He arrived on time, took me to home depot to pick out all the supplies. I would definitely use this service again.

I purchased an 8 hour Big Deal. He was a very nice guy & hard worker. The doors I purchased for my closets were not the exact size - but he had the right tools with him and spent a lot of time measuring until they fit right. He got a lot done and I was very impressed. He is coming back to finish my medicine cabinet & eventually, I will also hire him to do more work around the house. I would highly recommend him!

He was a very nice man. We called him when it had just started snowing and so he wasn't able to finish everything but he will come back again. I give him a very high rating. He did a very good job. He was very gracious, pleasant, did good work and had all the tools he needed. He also went and purchased what we needed from the hardware store. We didn't have him here for the full time because it was freezing. He came out on a Sunday. As oon as we called him he came to do the work. He didn't charge us more than the Big Deal price. I think he is a very skilled person. We have his name so we can call him again when we need him. He did everything I asked him to.

Happy with job. He was very courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and dependable. I would definitely use him again.

The service worked out fine. He was able to do what I wanted. He was very polite and pretty straight forward about what he was doing. I have an older house, and some of the things were beyond his comfort zone, so he wanted me to get a more qualified electrician.

Admir arrived punctually each time he came. I would've preferred one visit to use the coupon of 4 hours for handyman work but he had to leave the first time he came. He gave me the leftover supplies from painting the corner ceiling. Once I was able to get him to come back for the remaining hour, he drove to the store and got the pegboard himself with his truck. He also purchased boards to fix the stairs in my basement, which I hadn't even asked for. He said it was a safer step down. He ended up staying more than an hour and did extra work.

Ado responded quickly and set up a time within 24hours to repair my ceiling. I purchased the "deal of the week" that included 4 hours of work for $149.00. I had already bought the materials needed for the job as I had originally planned to do it myself. I'm glad Ado was able to do the job because it was more difficult than expected. He replaced a total of 5 ceiling tiles and caulked the seams so they would blend with the original tiles. He finished quickly and the job was done great. He did recommend that the ceiling be repainted and because there was some extra time remaining in the deal I purchased, he said he could return and paint it for no additional charge. I would definitely use him again for any small projects I would need a professional to complete. I'm very happy with the results.

He would always answer my phone calls in a very timely manner, he is extremely pleasant and punctual. He got the work done in the time frame we agreed on.
