We made an appointment for the provider to give us an estimate. He did not show up or call. Very disappointed. Found another provider.

It went very well. Ado was on time and very professional. He caulked all of our windows where needed, checked our gutters to be sure they didn't need to be cleaned, let us know that our first row of shingles on the high end of our roof line was wavy and had gaps from the winter last year. He took the time, even though it wasn't necessarily included, to seal this up for us so that we wouldn't have any more issues with ice buildup. He was willing to answer all questions and never seemed to mind us watching him work. We already notice the difference in the house with no cold air coming in around the windows. We will definitely be looking to hire Ado again in the future for other handyman work.

Came earlier than expected but called first to make sure it was all right. Was very efficient and professional. Will use him again and have recommended him to my son who would like his house power washed in the near future.

All aspects were handled professionally, from start to finish. Very pleased. Would use again.

I purchased the deal for a $169 powerwashing of my house. I saw the deal was for a 2,000 sq ft. house, so I was not surprised that the final cost was a bit more that, given that my house is a bit larger than that. I was contacted by phone about 3 days after I bought the deal and was told that the work could be done the next day. The whole thing took less than 2 hours to complete and the house looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Ado Construction again if a need for a handyman arises.

He was very pleasant and scheduled the appointment right away. He came with the appropriate number of crew to get the job done as promised in one day. We would hire Amir again.

Came to our home to paint fireplace mantel, 1/2 bath and office door. At first visit primed and put 2 coats on Fireplace mantel in a total of 2 hours which resulted in large drips, brush marks etc. At second visit attempted to fix mantel (unsuccessfully) and painted 1/2 bath leaving several bare spots and drips on the molding. Mantel was left completely ruined to the point that he was going to wait to charge us for labor for mantel until he had time to research and see what best course of action was to fix it. We paid him for labor on bath (not noticing the bare spots or drips) and the materials. We have tried to contact him several times after to schedule him to come back and fix the mess he made to the focal point of our family room. He has not returned any of our calls. Very nice man, but completely screwed us. We must now hire ANOTHER contractor to clean up the mess he has made. Needless to say Angie's List will not be used to find my next contractor.

I had already purchased the new outlets and covers but the person who had agreed to do the work never called to schedule a time and did not respond to phone calls . I called Ado for an estimate. He came the next day at 1 PM to see the work to be done and stayed to replace all of the outlets that day. It was one of the hottest days of the year and he worked until he was done, over 8 hours. He came when he said he would charged what he said he would worked clean and neat and cleaned up after himself . He was unobtrusive and considerate of working in someones home .There is more work I need done and I will be calling him again .

Ado Construction addressed a problem that came with an earlier installation of a tile ceiling . The problem was handled quickly and efficiently with no difficulty. I was very satisfied with their response to my difficulty.

While it took quite some time for our schedules to match up, he finally came and was able to do the work for me. I found him to be very pleasant and easy to work with. I had thought I needed new hinges but he said the old ones were good heavy duty hinges that he could fix. He did an excellent job of getting the work done and saved my money with the hinges. I would hire him again.

We hired him for an "Angie"s Deal." We had some difficulty scheduling him. He did really good work but was not able to finish in the 8 hours we had hired him for. We wanted to hire him to come back and finish the painting as well as to do other work. He said he would get back to us to schedule but we never heard from him again. We would not have him back at this point.

We were contacted within 24 hours and the job was completed within a couple of days. The contractor was prompt and professional. We are very pleased with the look of our garage floor. The contractor has stopped by and called to see if there were any problems or questions.

When I first spoke to the owner, he complained to me that it would take him three months to get paid from Angie's list, and told me that the $475 was just for labor, not for the materials, despite what he had listed in the ad on Angie's List. He told me to call and get my money back. Shortly after that, he called me back and said I was right. He complained again that it would take him months to get paid for the job, but he kind of grudgingly scheduled it for the afternoon of 9/17. He offered to give me 10 inches instead of 6 inches of insulation for another $100 in cash. I agreed. On the 15th, I called to confirm that the appointment was for 3 p.m. on the 17th, and he again complained about getting paid from Angie's list. But he confirmed he would be there at 3 p.m. that Thursday. About 1:30 p.m. on the 17th, he called me twice, within minutes, cancelling the job. I called him back, and he first complained about getting paid by Angie's List, and then said that while loading the machine he needed onto his truck he dropped it and broke the machine and his hand. If he had been professional all along and not complained every time about his payment arrangements with Angie's list, I would have just felt sorry that his machine and hand were broken. But because he was so unprofessional about the payment arrangement between him and Angie's List, and his initial claim that it was just labor, I ended up wondering how truthful he was being.

Ado was very professional, polite, and punctual. He was willing to do all the work I had on my list, but unfortunately, we ran out of time. Definitely plan to call him back to finish my list.

Ado was on time and worked the 4 hours that we purchased from Angie's list. He removed his shoes without being asked and cleaned up after himself. He was very pleasant and considerate. We would gladly hire him again.

I will definitely hire him again. Very fast and efficient.

ado was really great! he came out on a sunday after learning that we could hear a leak from the roof. we had a leak from the vent pipe in past years that was repaired by a family friend so we thought it was leaking again. ado showed up with all the materials needed to fix the pipes if indeed that was the problem. he got on the 2nd story roof and sprayed water on the pipe to try to recreate the leak. once on the roof he immediately noticed that none of the pipes were caulked. he used a special roofing caulk and replaced a flashing. he also assured us that our roof was in great shape so that was nice to know as well! what was extra nice was that he noticed a problem with our garage trim and nailed it back in. he clearly cares about doing a good job! we are having him come back to do some other small fixes when his schedule allows

Great job! My 20 year old garage floor looks brand new. There was a minimum of disruption to my day. Ado worked hard, but checked with me frequently to be sure he was doing what I wanted. He did a great job!

As in the past Ado arrived on time and proceeded to sweep the garage floor thoroughly. He then applied some type of degreasing solution to further clean it. After the floor was dry he applied the paint. He cleaned up any extra debris before he left.

Ado was excellent - communication was excellent and showed up on time and went right to work. Even thought the job was more difficult than usual due to porches and attached garage having a lot of old dirt and mold, Ado was able to finish the whole project in about 3 1/2 hours. The house looks great and the price was very well worth it. We would highly recommend Ado Construction's pressure wash service to our friends and neighbors.

Excellent! Only one task Ado couldn't complete, but that was due to previously existing wiring problems in my house. He is personable, talented, efficient and punctual. I took his card and will certainly call him again!

The provider and I spoke on Tuesday. He was supposed to be at my home Wednesday for the estimate. He no called no showed.

Part of the tiles were damaged and had to be exchanged and the two man crew waited patiently for the time needed to do this and did not charge extra for the inconvenience that took the extra time. I was very pleased with the outcome and their attitude toward the task that I wished accomplished.
