Our WaterTech ReIonator Pro Ultra softener/filter system was installed about 10 days ago. There is a big improvement in the taste and feel of our water. We are very happy customers! Recently our old water softener went on the blink and our daughter was getting a system installed by Pure Water System. We were there while Luke was explaining how the system works and was very impressed, he was very thorough and friendly and sold us on purchasing the system. Jose was our installer, he was very professional and courteous. His finished product was excellent and made sure we were satisfied. Quick service. I was able to get an appointment very quickly after calling. Ray came over and did a complete water test and explained everything in detail. Once we decided to go with the system, I was able to get appointment in 5 days time. James arrived and installed he water softener and reverse osmosis system. The work completed was done very professionally and to my satisfaction. Great job!

Nathan Guidara of Pure Water Systems was very helpful and knowledgable from the first moment he came to my door. He quickly showed me how bad and hard the water was. John, who installed the system is also knowledgable and quick and kept me informed of everything that he was doing. Very good work and he showed me what to watch out for. Nathan came by a few days later and checked the system out. I also like the fact that they have an office here in Dayton. From the sales department Kawika explained everything, answered all my questions very professional, excellent job. To the installation of the Pure Water System Jose did an excellent job as well. Both were personable, knowledgable, and were so excited about water! Lol!

About 3 months ago, we started to notice VERY hard water stains on everything. Lots of scale build up and water spots. We've been in this house for 14 years now and never experienced anything like it. Come to find out we had a pretty serious change in water from TMWA....SO, we made a call and got Luke to come out and test our water and go through options. He didn't push for the top of the line... (even though that's what we chose) and was very fun to hang out with. James was our tech who came out to do the install and he was also equally cool. Very clean install even though he had to drill through a few walls. I'm a stickler for pipes and tubes looking orderly and neat and James did not disappoint. We felt the effects immediately. Some don't like the feel of soft water but I personally love it...it feels like I'm being bathed in lotion. All of our skin and hair feels so nice again after feeling like we are drying up like a dehydrated lizard for the past 3 months.

I was sick of the nasty tasting water in Dayton and needed to make a change. I had been about $90 -$120 a month on a water delivery service and wanted to see what a whole home softener and drinking water solution would cost me. I was able to get a top of the line system for softening my water to the whole house, and a reverse osmosis system for the kitchen sink and fridge for a monthly fee that was less than delivery. Everyone from the sales person to the Installer were extremely friendly and helpful. The water tastes better than the delivery water, water sports are gone, I am very happy with everything! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I moved to a new home with a well and hard water. I called Pure Water Systems to get an estimate on a water treatment system and a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Luke came out to our remote location very quickly and tested the water and went over the results and made recommendatons on what equipment we should have. We decided to go ahead with the project and John came out and installed everything with no problems at all. We are very happy with our water now! His no-pressure approach helped us decide on the best system to meet our needs. James installed our filter system and worked with us to find the best install and drainage location. 5 Stars for sure! From the first moment we met Kawika, our Specialist, to the install and training by our Technician John, our experience was informative and thorough. Kawika is a great advisor and very knowledgeable about the water in Fernley! John did an excellent job with the install, reworking the piping, and kindly and patiently walked me through how to maintain the system. He also shared helpful advice on annual services. Both Kawika and John were professional, friendly, and really made us feel confident about our decision. AND... we immediately noticed a huge difference in the taste and clarity of our water—no more bottled water for us!

I enthusiastically recommend Pure Water Systems. My husband and I had just purchased a new home which used well water. Pure Water Systems sent out Luke, a water specialist, He tested our water and let us know the best system for our home. The technician, Raughn, who installed the water softener with additions, and the Reverse Osmosis unit under the kitchen sink was amazing. He was quite knowledgeable, and his work was impeccable. Everything worked perfectly! I was so happy with this team; I am going to use them to install a system in my Lake Home.

Nate, my original contact was very friendly and informative when he came to our house. He wasn't rushed and answered all questions my wife and I had. The installer, showed up on time and did a great job installing the equipment in the garage and under our sink. The installation was very clean. Alec was very friendly and showed me how to shut off the water lines in an emergency. Hunter, followed up with me the following morning, checking on service. Hunter was very friendly, and let me know that Nate would be following up with me in the near future.
