The installer knew I used a Stainmaster pad under my carpet, but offered me a better price on his pad. Then, conveniently, did not bring that pad along when he asked for payment. The pad installed was not the quality I had stated I wanted. Then, after the carpet was installed, a 16x12 piece was missing.

I was told by Quality Floors 4 Less that I had to replace the carpet in the entire room ($2000 quote) after dye was spilled on it and the dogs tracked it around. The Carpet Doctor repaired it for less than 20% of that price! Great workmanship too! Thank you Dan.
