Description of Work: Brian's services our pool every week. They are here each Tuesday morning like clockwork and our pool has never looked better. We've used two other pool services in the past with less than acceptable results, but Brian's has given us first rate service. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had just purchased our home & were looking for pool maintenance service. Found BRIAN'S DEEP END-ABLE POOL SERVICE LLC on Angie's List & called him. He doesn't service in our area, but referred us to his friend (also on Angie's List}. He said if we couldn't get service immediately, he would make an exeption & care for our pool until we could find someone reliable. We also needed a part & he came out & looked at our pool, found it & then his friend (who we hired) installed it for us. NO CHARGEs from Brian - we are very impressed. He's courteous, professional, prompt, followed through & didn't charge a nickle. Wow! in today's business world, we are impressed & would recommend him to anyone in his area.

Description of Work: Drained, cleaned and refilled the nastiest pool on the planet. Got it done quickly with a minimum of fuss. We didn't even know he was here until the pool looked like new.

Description of Work: Installed new pool filter, drained and acid washed pool. I had called on Brian last summer to fix a problem with my pool motor. I was very pleased with the service. I called him out again to replace my old filter system and acid wash the pool. As before, Brian was right on time, was very professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: I have been using Brian's Deep-Endable Pool Services for over two years. When I first started using him, I had no pool experience. He was very patient with me, even when I had to have him repeat things. He assisted me in buying a pool vacuum cleaner and it is the best. Ian arrives on time every week and makes sure the chemical levels are accurate which keeps our pool in tip-top shape. Brian is always available for any questions I might have which is a huge plus. I highly recommend him!

Description of Work: Brian came out to set our variable speed pool pump up for the winter. Very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things. He looked the pool and equipment over and gave us a couple of suggestions. We felt so comfortable with how he handled the service that we called him 2 months later and Brian's Deep End-able Pools is now our weekly pool service provider!

Description of Work: Acid was pool and spa. Clean filters and pool equipment. Performed pool start up and added initial pool chemicals. Stated what time he would arrive and was there exactly on time both times. Fully explained what was done, and reason for difference in price from original quote (had to replace failed part, saved part and showed what the problem was).

Description of Work: Pool drain with acid wash and Chemical only monthly pool service. The drain and wash went well. Although he said he had someone who would come in to fill the pool and ended up using my hose. I scheduled a monthly service, he put a service log sticker, it was signed for one week and not again. I called after two weeks saying the pool was clouding and getting green. Brian came right out and put in chemicals and it cleared up mostly. After another week and the pool was green again. He came out a couple of days later. He left me a voice mail saying that my pool floor cleaner was not good and that was the problem but he could no longer service my pool because of it. I was not given an opportunity to replace or repair it. I personally took over the care of my pool and had it clean and clear in one week (with the same cleaner).

Description of Work: My Pool was turning green!!! I had tried to do the maintenance and cleaning myself but was not obviously having any success. I called Brian's Deep End-Able Pool Service. He answered my call promptly and was at my house the very next day. He replaced the old Filter cartridges that with new one's and replaced the cracked collector manifold. He was unable to clean my pool but recommend me to Pro Pool Management. Now I have a beautiful looking Pool!!!

Description of Work: My "in floor" cleaning system stopped changing stations, the pool was looking sad, and I needed someone to fix it. I picked Platinum Pool Repair from Angie's List and called them. I had to leave a message but didn't get a call back the rest of that day. I called the next day, again had to leave a message and again waited all day for a call back! After wasting 3 days and getting no response from Platinum Pool Repair, I called Brian's Deep End (another Angie's List pool repair company) and I'm glad I did. Brian answered the call himself, (Brian always answers all calls personally, GOOD POLICY!), it was late in the day, and he ask if he could come between 8-8:30am the next morning. He was here at 8 sharp and within minutes was able to locate and show me exactly what was causing the problem. He left his tools and went to get the parts, returned a few minutes later, I watched him replaced them and the pool is looking good again! I would use Brian's Deep End again for any pool repair and would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Had Brian come out and give me a quote for Acid Washing my pool. He was very personable as was his helper. My grandson walked up to his helper and he started playing with him as Brian and I talked. They are coming back out on the 23rd to do the Acid wash.

Description of Work: Brian is one of those service providers that you want everyone to know about. Worth gold! Our 9 year old pool, in-floor cleaning system, was barely working when he arrived, on time. He turned on the system, made his initial diagnosis, fixed the first item, turned the system on found the next problem. He explained everything while he was working, in laymen terms. He had to leave for a part, called while he gone to keep us updated. Returned with the part and completed the repair. Turned on the system. Working, really well. He discussed issues we may have in the future and suggest a good course of action. Polite and professional. Very reasonable cost.
