I called Brian. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate that comparable to others I had received. I had already tried a lower priced option ($75/week) and the service was sub-par. Brian has been professional and has done a great job. Well worth the extra money.

I found Brian on Angie's List as well as a few other service providers. I needed someone to acid wash my pool as well as a new service provider as I was fed up with the large company I had sending out a new kid every other week and each one doing worse than the last. I called 3 different contractors and Brian was the only one to answer and he was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. We set an appointment for 2 days later for him to come out and give me a quote. The other 2 companies called me back later in the day and I set appointments with them as well. Brian was the latest appointment I set and even though he was $25 more then one of the contractors and the same price as the other one...I decided to go with him. He just seemed so much more friendly, knowledgeable and I don't know...safe? Well he drained my pool 2 days later, then the next day came back and performed the acid wash, cleaned my filter and started to refill my pool. I called him 2 days later after my pool was filled and he came by, cleaned it and then added all the chemicals and also replaced a couple worn out parts on my pool vac. Since then we have hired him to do our weekly maintenance @ $110/mo which was the same price as my old company...but it always Brian who services my pool and he always does a great job!

Brian was right on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate for cleaning the pool, putting in a new filter, and monthly service. However, since we knew we needed to get the pool replastered soon, and just getting the new filter and then the pool cleaned was a not insignificant proportion of the replaster bid we got from another company, we decided to just get the replastering done. We are, though, going to set up monthly service with Brian once the pool is back in order.

I called Brian at 6:45 am during Memorial Day weekend and left a message not expecting a call back. Within minutes Brian returned my call saying that he was on his way to another pool job. Because I'm an out of state homeowner, I explained that the pool company my recent tenant hired was found to not have a license and had done things that made that painfully obvious. I needed someone to check this guy's work who knows pools. He put my mind at ease in spite of all the things going wrong with our pool equipment at the hands of the other pool company. He was very busy with other jobs & assured me he would go check it out in spite of the cold & rainy weather that day. He did and although I paid him $50 for his time he agreed to knock that amount off of any job that we hired him for in the future.

I am an out of state property owner who needed pool service for a property while it was on the market to be sold. I selected Brian based upon the reports he had received from Angie's List. According to my Realtor, Brian kept the pool looking absolutely pristine during the four months the house was on the market. Although I did not see it with my own eyes, my agent is very discerning and critical and he had nothing but praise for Brian's work. I did handle all the communication with Brian from start to finish (and I made many phone calls to him with many questions), however, and I was very impressed with a number of things. First, 9 out of 10 times when I would dial his number I would actually get him on the phone and the very rare times that I had to leave a voice mail message, he returned my call within minutes. Second, he was always friendly and helpful. He never sounded as if I were interrupting or disturbing him (which, no doubt, I was). He was truly a pleasure to work with.

Brian does a phenomenal job on my pool. He has been working on my pool for about six months. I am so glad that I switched to Brian's Deep End-able Pool Service. He is always in a good mood and friendly. I never question if Brian has done anything to my pool, because when I get home from work I can tell he has been there due to the cleanliness of my pool. :) Keep up the excellent work Brian.

He answered my call. Was professional on the phone and didn't want to give me a quote until he saw what condition my pool was in. Came over the next day. Gave me a quote to clean up my pool, clean the filter and for the months service. He also made a couple of repairs to my pool vac which I called the big pool supply store in town for prices on and he was a less expensive then they were for the 2 parts and he installed them for free. Billed me for the quoted price. Since this was a new pool for me he also taught me how to set the handles on my equipment to run the spa.
