Awesome job, punctual, professional, stuck to his estimate, and would have taken us on for weekly maintenance but with his busy schedule he referred us to a friend in the business. He came out about 3 or so times to complete the job over the weekend Friday to Monday. Nicely done. Would definitely trust him and use him again.

Brian showed up on time and got right to work analyzing the problem. I had multiple leaks that was causing me to lose pressure. Brian offered two solutions the first was to take it apart and fix the leaks to see if that solved all the problems with a estimate of $140. The second option that I chose was to replace the whole filter seeing as it was 14 years old and had a leak in the intake pipe that could end up costing more depending on the price of the part. He came back a few days later and installed the new filter. Everything is working great now. I would definitely use his service again.

From start to finish, it went very well - the details are explained above. Initially, I only wanted the start up service, but Brian is very knowledgeable and experienced, I plan to have him maintain the weekly service. The pool looks beautiful!

A+++ Brian drained and did a bleach bath on my 30 yr old plaster pool making it look new; clear, blue and sparkling clean. He took on a job that other companies had declined to do, even though he had to make 4 trips to my place to get it done. I am now on monthly service at a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable coupled with a winning personality. I like the fact that he didn’t hold back advising me I needed a new plaster job but was willing to go the extra mile to make what I had work, giving me some options. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for good service from a personable, vastly trained, pool professional that takes a lot of pride in his work. He really cared about my individual pool needs and went above-and-beyond, a consideration you just don’t find much these days, especially in Las Vegas and with larger companies. Oh, and one more thing. He returned my phone calls promptly, answered all my questions/concerns and was punctual. All the good reviews you read about Brain are true. He’s the best!

Brian is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. My pool has never looked better! Brian personally cleans my 12,000 gal. pool in about 15-20 minutes, checking everything including chemical levels, filter baskets, and cleaner operation. He uses his own tools and chemicals (which is as expected for this price range). I recommend him to everyone that asks about my pool.

After reading the glowing reviews about this company, I called and scheduled an appointment. Brian was able to come see my pool within a few days and emailed me an estimate. I set up an appointment and he came and did exactly as he said he would. Brian had to come several times due to waiting for the pool to drain, then to clean it, then to refill it. He came to my home at least five times to accomplish everything. He showed up every time when he said he would. I really like that you work directly with him - and he clearly knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. When I called to ask a few questions (I am new to pool ownership), he took the time to explain things to me and never made me feel rushed. He called after the service to be certain I was pleased and openly offered that I can call him anytime with questions. Brian is a rare find in Las Vegas - and as long as I own a pool, he will have my business!

He was okay and did come when he was supposed to. The only issue I had was that when we decided to cancel, we asked him to clean the pool filter one more time and he declined. We had already paid for the month and though we were not continuing, it should have been part of our contract.

Brian is great! We have him on a regular schedule so the fee of $110.00 is per month. He's not only friendly and, well, "deep-endable", but he's also mindful for his clients. For example, he makes sure the back gate is shut when he comes into the yard, so our dogs don't wander out. He's willing to bond with our pets (by feeding them treats we have for the purpose) and he likes to chat if someone's home. He does a great job and the pool has never looked cleaner!!

Our pool was in really bad shape due to our neglect for almost 6 months. Our neighbor reffered us over to Brian and Angies List. Brian answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and came out and took a look on Monday. He was very personable friendly and I liked and trusted him right off the bat. He went right to work and checked everything and gave me several options on what he could do from chemical shocking to a fresh start with an acid wash which is what I decided to go with. He make 3 trips to our house. Thursday to drain it, Friday to acid wash and fix leaks and replace filters, He then came back on Monday after we filled the pool and did the start up chemicals and put our new pool vacuum in....which runs great! We hired him to do our chemicals and he gave me a crash course on how to run the vac and keep my pool looking great. He is a rare find in Vegas.

Brian is punctual and dependable which is refreshing. He answered all my questions about caring for my pool properly. He did a pool drain and my pool's first acid wash. He did a great job! My pool had some rust/algae spots which he sucessfully removed and explained to me how they got there. He did the filter replacment for us so we didn't have to deal with that. We refilled it and then Brian came back out to input the chemicals and get it balanced. He let me know I could call him with any questions I ever have about my pool. My previous pool guy just was not dependable. And what few repairs he made, he took a more expensive approach when more cost effective solutions were obviously available. I interviewed Brian because he had outstanding Angie's List ratings. My experience has been the same noted by my ALL A's rating. He keeps the pool very clean. I had a problem during a recent freeze and was able to call him very late to resolve the issue. He also corrected a leak that the previous guy had repeatedly ignored. We have had pools for 20 years and Brian is the pest pool service man I have ever had.

We are very pleased and happy to know that Brian will be here each week to keep our pool sparkling and healthy. He is very knowledgeable, personable, punctual, consistent, professional, reliable and friendly.

He was nice and professional, but it was difficult to get a straight answer on pricing. He tended to go into detail with explanations. In the end, his pricing for service was competitive, but for repair of pool light, he made it sound like it was going to be a big deal, that the part was either no longer made or difficult to find (hence expensive) and that it couldn't be repaired. Instead, it had to be completely replaced and wouldn't match the other light. With another company, not only was I able to get it safely repaired, but the parts were available and nearly 1/3rd of his price to replace. However, he was informative on lots of things related to pools and equipment.

Brian was not in town when we called but had a message on his machine of when he would return. He called us promptly on his return and came over to see the problem and give us an idea of the cost. The job could not be completed at that time because he had to order a part. Brian phoned us 2 days later when the part came in and came over that day to complete the repair. The cost was reasonable and the service was good. Our judgement is that he is trustworthy and we would use him again.

It took a couple of days to drain the pool, acid wash it and refill it after which Brian repaired the pump and filter system. I then hired Brian to perform weekly maintenance. The pool looks fantastic. It is bright blue and pristine. We are very pleased with Brian, his work and the price!

We got Brian's name from Angies List. He answered our call within 30 min. Replaced our pool pump with a new Pentair 2 hp. Noticed some very old wiring (25 yrs +) and asked if we wanted to replace it. We were both very happy with Brian and would certainly use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

Brian showed up on time, assessed the problems and gave me a detailed description of what work he would do and a fair price. The price for the work included all parts including a new Jandy valve (which costs about $60). In my opinion, it was a very difficult job with a lot of complicated angles. Brian did an excellent job keeping the plumbing lines as tight and clean as possible.

Having never had a house with a pool before Brian has been a real savior. On numerous occasiasions he has patiently explained how the whole system works. His service is prompt and thourough. He has a deep knowledge of his business ranging from water chemistry to the mechanics of the pump and filter. You can just tell that he loves his work.

Brian was really great from the first moment we spoke to him. We e-mailed him from Angie's List and he called us back in less 5 minutes! As soon as we closed on our house, we asked him to come take a look at the pool to see what we needed. He was very professional and helpful! We had a limited amount of experience with an above ground pool previously, and he really took his time and clearly explained how our system works, showed us how to use it, and how we can take care of it. We chose to use his chemicals only service. He comes out once a week and monitors our chemicals and makes adjustments as needed. He'll also let us know if there is anything we are missing on the cleaning end of it. He really went above and beyond. At the end of our first week, he knew we were having a pool party and he called us that day to make sure the pool looked great and that there were no problems. He was ready to come by if there were any issues! A pool is such a big investment, it is such a relief to know that he is monitoring and maintaining our pool. The monthly fee is so reasonable to insure that our pool is safe and clean for us and our guests! We really appreciate his service and would definitely recommend anyone considering using a pool guy to give him a call!

Brian does a great job of maintaining my pool and spa for a reasonable price.

Our pool was in really bad shape. Our "Pool" people had just decided not to service the pool anymore and did not bother to let us know. The end result was a green pool. We also had a leak and needed to get that taken care of before Brian could get started. He acid washed the pool, provided a new pool vac, cleaned all the baskets etc., put in a new timer. He called almost daily during the leak repair and the startup service to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with his service. I have not experienced such wonderful customer service in the last 40 years. I am extremely happy with this young man and his professionalism. All I can say is CALL HIM. He is the BEST.!!!!!!!

It took him about an hour to complete the project. Very professional. He quoted the price of 450. and when the job was done he gave me a 5% Angieslist discount which I was not expecting. I highly recomend Brian.

Brian is my pool guy and he is the best. He is as honest as they come, he saved me hundreds of dollars by having me go after the contractor that screwed up some work on my pool and cost himself work in the process. You call him for something, he gets right back to you. Don't mess around with anyone else, this is best man for the job.
