Deuce's Pool Service

Mr. Brian Canfield is the owner. I have been using him every week for the past three months now. He is on a contract with me to clean my pool and service all the related equipment. My experience with him has been absolutely great. I was out of the town for a couple of weeks and something went bad with one of the power panels. He replaced everything but I was concerned about paying upfront because it was a very large bill. He said that I could pay it whenever I get back in the town. He has been great. I would definitely recommend him to the others.

Brian came over on Saturday on short notice and was very helpful in fixing my pool issue. He is very knowlegable and went out of his way to explain how everything worked. He answered all of my questions as well. Brian found the problem which was a cheap fix instead of a possible expensive fix. He came over the next day with the part (even though he was very busy that day) and fixed it. I recommend Brian to all people looking for great pool service and a good price.

Brian answered my call to his cell and came out the next day. He arrived on-time. He offered several options of differing price. We chose to replace the aging pump. He left and came back with all the necessary parts. He worked steadily and completed the job in about 5 hours. Additionally, he was able to find a few odd parts to replace other worn-out items. Brian was very professional and honest. He did a great job. I highly recommend him.

Brian and the replaster contractor worked in tandem to get my pool up and running on schedule, and I am very pleased with the result. Pricing was reasonable, and communication was excellent, and I am a satisfied customer.

The experience went well. He's reliable. His price was a little high, but he did a very good job. Overall I'm happy with his services.

As I said above, My husband had planned to acid wash the pool himself since he had done so in the past, but his health has deteriorated so much that I must now have professional help for many things around the house/yard. I chose Angie's List because my employer, Dr. Ben Yaghmai of A Great Smile Dental is a member and enjoys referrals to our office plus having good referrals for his home/office. Brian was prompt with calling me, coming out for evaluating my needs and then choosing to give us a great break on the costs. Some was because his staff did not have to empty the pool/spa and clean it prior to the acid wash but he could have charged a lot more anyway but chose not to. He is a gentleman and kept his word on when he and staff (sorry Brian, I can't remember his name) would be at my house. He came out during the acid washing just to make sure all was going well. When it was finished he came again to check the work and then took care of the paperwork and payment. I will definitely call him again for service and let anyone I know to use him too. He was going to fix my pool sweep ut it was beyond repair so I got a new one which I like even better. He does the monthly service of putting chemicals in and my motor was going out. We tried to hold on to it as long as possible but it finally went kaput so he put a new one in. I like him a lot.

He was good. He was terrific. I would go to nobody else but him. As a matter of fact, his price was very good because I called a couple of pool places out here in Las Vegas to see what their prices were and they could not come for days. Kathy made the call and he said he would try to get out here and he got out here. He came out within a couple of hours that evening and checked it out. He told us exactly what was going on and what was needed. He was back the next day. He came out on priority and there was no problem since then. He provided very good service. I would go to nobody else for repair but this guy. I would give him an “A” for price because the price was lower and the fact that he was able to take care of it within one or two days as opposed to ten days from some other pool places. The quality of work was terrific. I would use nobody else.

Our Pool filter was leaking Again. It had been worked on previously by OTHER pool service companies but was never truly fixed. We decided to try Brian after searching Angie's List and were pleasantly surprised when he promptly returned our call. Brian came out, gave us an estimate to replace the filter. He came back 2 days later Exactly as he said he would. (also pleasantly surprising) He completed the work within about an hour or so and the price was exactly what he had estimated. (No Unpleasant surprises) He was very pleasant, very professional and prompt. As most residents know, it is EXTREMELY hard to find any type of Good repair services in Las Vegas, it was refreshing to find Brian. We would Definitely recommend Brian to all of our friends and All of your readers. So painless, unbelievable! THANK YOU BRIAN!

I gave him a call and he asked where my house was. I didn't recall that I had used him in the past, but I let him go during the winter. So, when I called him again a few months ago, he said that he didn't want to deal with me and hung up. He said he serviced my pool before but doesn't want to deal with me. Apparently, he didn't like it when I let him go. I thought it was very unprofessional.

Brian arrived promptly,found the problem and corrected it. My pump is now working as good as an 11 year old pump can be working

His name is Brian Canfield. He was one of the top rated pool guys on Angie's List and he deserves that ranking. He was very good. He is friendly and he is a straight shooter. He tells it the way it is.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Brian Canfield and Jeremy. I called Brian on short notice in May to do a last minute pool inspection at a house I was buying. I was from out of town and only here 2 days for the inspections and the inspector I had hired admitted he didn't know much about pools. I was concerned because this is my first pool and I had friends who'd had bad experiences buying houses with pools. I called Brian at 2 PM and he was able to save me by coming out at 6 PM, did a very thorough inspection and walked me through the whole system. His attitude and knowledge are amazing. I knew right away that if I bought the house - this was the guy I wanted for my pool. Since I took ownership in June, he has taken over my pool maintenance. He and his assistant, Jeremy, are reliable, cheerful and they work quickly and efficiently. Brian repaired a couple of minor things, rebuilt my pool vacuum; and Jeremy replaced a badly leaking Pressure Vacuum Breaker valve supplying the auto-fill. It's a great feeling to know you have someone you can rely upon completely. Now, my pool is the very least of my worries.

Brian is the man. This guy is great and he's always looking out for you. Instead of paying him monthly to clean the pool every week, he suggested buying an automatic pool cleaner and had it for us within a couple hours. He's got a really laid back approach to business, and never pressures you to buy anything. He checked our pool filter, fixed a minor problem with it and didn't even ask for payment. He doesn't do contracts, so you don't have to commit to anything long-term. Anything dealing with pool maintenance, Brian is your man.

I phoned Brian and told him my pool pump was not working. He gave me several ideas to try to get it working and thereby avoid a service call. None worked, so we made an appointment for him to come look at my pump. Brian came on time, the very next morning. He got the pump to work and then noted a severe leak. He advised that the leak could likely be fixed by replacing about $300 worth of parts. I chose to have a new pump installed instead. A day later Brian installed a new pump as well as some new valves and connecting pipes, tested the work, and I was back to normal. Two weeks have now gone by and there have been no further leaks or problems. Brian was extremely professional, did excellent work, and was prompt, courteous, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend using his service.

I rarely submit reviews, but Brian’s company is an exception and here is why: He returns phone calls promptly… and not just initially. I purposely waited a month or so after he was hired to see if the high level of service would continue and it did. It is rare to find such good customer service these days and I appreciate his responsiveness. He does a thorough job each week and it shows. My pool has never looked better. In addition to weekly maintenance Brian fixed my pool light. I fully expected to be told I needed a new light and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was only the light bulb. I would not have known the difference, but he is honest. I was so pleased that it didn’t cost an arm and leg. Brian also comes around the same time each week and I appreciate that also. I have only good things to say about Brian and his company.

Great job! After having the first pool service contractor stand me up, I was leary, but Brian responded and came the next day to offer his expertise.

Our pump's pressure was extremely low. He found the source of the problem and cleaned our pool extremely efficiently. Punctuality and professionalism through the roof. Spectacular service over all.

Called Brian and left a message on his cell# and received a call back within about 10-15 minutes he said he was fairly close to where I lived and could be over in less than half an hour - which he was. Brian was very pleasant and easy to chat with . I expalined the situation to him and he checked out the pool equipment which I had switched off as I was worried that some of the dirt may have plugged the system. I had remove the root ball so it was mainaly just dirt left. A neighbor friend had taken a part of the system apart aand Brian found that he had not put an O ring back where he should (bad neighbor!!!) and that was afecting the suction big time. Brian made a coule of other adjustments and we were up and running again like magic!!!! He proceeded to use his vacuum the dirt of the bottom of the pool and we were good to go.Great guy, great personality and definitely a people person with an awesome attitiude - wish all service people dealt with their clients in this manner. We don't use a regular service but if we did Brian would be the MAN!! Way to go BRIAN!!!!!!

Found a leak in pool filter housing. Searched Angie's List and selected this company. Checked their hours of operation. Called them the next day. They answered immediately. They scheduled a visit later that day in my absence. They called me after visiting to discuss issues and options. Repairs and maintenance work was authorized. They began work immediately. Returned the next day in my presence and discussions continued. They continued working. Completed work a couple of days later.

First of all, Brian is wonderful. Great attitude and very knowledgable. He checked my entire system. He informed me on my entire system and how to use it. He examined the problems that I knew I had ahead of time and also checked for any others. My system has a few leaks in it. The most major leak was suspected to be a broken seal plate, however when Brian arrived and took the area apart, he discovered an o-ring failing a bit. He advised me to replace it sometime in the future, but he lubricated it and reinstalled it and stopped the leak entirely. Big savings and one less thing for me to worry about right now! He gave me advice about maintenance, suggested a supply store in my area, and told me to call him whenever I needed further services. After he left, I had a couple follow-up questions. I called him and he answered those immediately and thoroughly as well! Quality individual. Thank you!

Brian was great. Arrived at my house 10 minutes after I called for an estimate. Brian was available on Saturday to replace the pool pump. New pump is working great. If you need service for your pool, look no further.

Look no further for a pool repair/maintenance company to care for and protect your investment!! I can't say enough good things about Brian and his team. They are very reliable, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. My pool had not been cleaned or even run in 3 months. The water was covered with mosquito larvae and was a swampy green color. Since I was 400 miles away, I had to rely on someone from Angie's List that I had never met. I picked the top rated pool service company in Las Vegas ... all positive ratings. Brian responded to my phone call right away & got the pool drained, acid washed and ready to go in record time. He and one of his assistants had to climb over my wall because the neighbor with the key was out of town, too. Brian sent me before and after pictures and the difference was incredible! I only wish I had Brian's service earlier!!!

I was looking for a new pool service since my regular guy was moving out of state. I found Brian here on Angie's List and went by everyone's recommendations. Brian called me within 20 minutes of an online request and came to my house within 2 days. He tested my water and looked over my equipment. We discussed all of my options and he suggested that my pool be drained and acid washed. Brian also set my pool up with a new pool vacuume so my pool is now virtually maintenance free. I am continuing with him for monthly chemical service. My pool has never looked so sparkling clean. It is always ready for myself or friends. I no longer have to wait for cleaning service before enjoying my pool. In the long run I will save more money from the investment of the pool vacuume than having to pay for full service again. Everything was done within 4 days of my initial meeting. Brian is extremely professional, personable and funny. After 3 pool companies over the past 4 years I am looking forward to a long and happy agreement with Brian.

I will continue to use him in the future.
