Description of Work: Brian came to give us an estimate on Tuesday. His price was right and Angie's List had a high rating for him. The tiles person came that same day to bead blast the tile and grout. He worked until 7pm. Brian had told us he would be back Friday morning to acid wash the pool. 6:30 am we were talking as he set up the equipment. By 10:15 the job was done, pool and spa were looking good and the filters on the pump were cleaned. The water is running now and he will return Monday at 9 to start the pool up with the appropriate chemicals. I couldn't have dreamed a better experience.

Description of Work: I called Brian to inquire about resurfacing my pool. He told me he did not offer this service, but supplied my with 3 names of people who did and that he would recommend. He also spent time with me, explaining what they will do......all when he was getting nothing out of the deal. I will definately use him in the future. It's hard to find honest people who offer great service and think of the customer!

Description of Work: We contacted Brian for a quote for our pump as we believed that it was not working properly. The pump we had was a pump that Brian normally sees on a small pond or waterfall, needless to say, we definitely needed a bigger pump, filter and motor. The price quoted was fine with us, but it actually came in lower. He was able to give quote and install next day. He was on time, professional and quick, The work done looks great and our pool has never run better! Our vacuum is able to clean the entire pool now! No more manually vacuuming the pool! Great job Brian and Jeremy and THANK YOU!

Description of Work: We have been using Brian for approxmiately 9 months for our pool. He's great. Always on time, friendly and helpful. He's the first person we've had cleaning the pool and spa, who is dependable and responsible. Great company. Highly recommend!!!!!

Description of Work: not happy with his service it seem like he was always in a hurry to finish and did everything half a**; I can honestly say i never saw him cleaning the bottom of our pool the only reason i hired him was because our regular pool guy got sick and once he was back, i couldn't wait to let this guy go mind you that our regular guy did a way better job and for a lot less! the day i told him that we were not going to need his services anymore he got very defensive and was very upset because he has just cleaned the filters which he had already go paid to do.

Description of Work: Brian cleans our pool and does all the chemicals for $103/mo. I haven't seen him since we first started service, but my wife sees him quite regularly. We bought a new house with a pool and had no idea how to use the pool equipment (filter, cleaning, spa heater, spa). Brian showed use how to use all the equipment and even drew a picture for reference of the different settings for cleaning and using the spa/pool. Brian also took about 3 or 4 calls at random times when we wanted to use the spa but could not figure out how to get the heater working. I also called Brian for the first time on a Monday in the morning and he was out that same day by noon! That is something you just don't see anymore
