Turned out that a new knob for the shower was needed.I was charged $ 25.00 for it. is that reasonable? For a plastic knob?

I called Keegan the day after he was at our home as I thought the bill of $150 was out of line for installing a $7 hose bib (faucet) on our exterior water line which accommodates our pool auto fill. Also, he was only being there for 1/2 hour. My husband is clearly a senior citizen and was not offered a senior discount. Keegan gave me what I felt were nothing but excuses and said if someone doesn't ask for a discount, he doesn't assume that they may be a senior. No adjustment to our bill was made. Not even the measly $10 senior discount! Oh by the way, there is still leaking from the auto fill fittings not to mention the fact that we could have installed a new faucet ourselves if that had been the problem. I wish I could rate a zero in this case for in my opinion a total lack of ethics.

Oh my gosh they were lifesavers when all my toilets wouldnt flush. Customer service was GREAT and our plumber was so nice and walked me through the process and I felt very comfortable with him inside my home and that is a huge deal as I am a female and live alone.

Despite an already full schedule Vegas Valley honored my request for same day repair. The plumbers arrived as promised. They were friendly, competent and professional; the service was excellent, and the price was fair.

Price was a little high but they did the job and I would refer them and if I have any more issues .

The repair person was competent and thorough and had suggestions as to the type of products we were dealing with and how to manage the care of the product well. This quote was higher than another one I received but lower that another quote. The figure given was for the entire job as opposed to a quote for the job by the hour. The plumbers were hard workers with attention to detail. They knew this was a new install but ran into a couple of unexpected challenges. They did not increase the price of the quote, continued until the job met their and my expectation of excellence. They also warranty their work.
