The Vegas Valley plumber was friendly & super knowledgable. He did an excellent job of listening to the issue, finding the cause & explaining the solution. Whereas prior plumbers seemed annoyed to answer questions & recommended a very pricey solution, the Vegas Valley plumber was happy to talk with us and fixed our issue for under $100. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

The replacement was done professionally. The initial trenching from the water meter 27 feet to the house was no easy task. They had to tunnel under a walkway and a pony wall to get to the main valve inside the garage and to the irrigation system on the outside of the garage wall. Then they had to prepare the trench with sand to lay the new pipe onto. The new pipe was encased with vinyl to further protect it and a wire was also included to be able to trace the water line if needed in the future. New connections were made to the irrigation system and the house piping which included a new pressure valve and ball valve. After the City of Henderson signed off on the job the line was backfilled. An attempt was made to put back all of our decorative rock landscaping. That turned out to be a challenge. I had to go out and buy 12 bags of rock to fill in the thin spots. I expected that problem before they started so it was no surprise. All in all it was done to my satisfaction. Well done.

This was a simple leak fix. Granted it was an easy fix for a plumber, but he explained what needed to be done. He fixed the problem. He was friendly. And now I feel like I have a plumber I can trust. It's been about three months since the fix. It's holding and I still feel like I had a great experience with Vegas Valley Plumbing.

Great work but expensive

Roman was wonderful. Very professional and listened to our concerns. Problem was fix in half an hour! Very satisfied!

I didn't realize faucets cost so much. I was given the option to buy it on my own, but didn't want to waste any more time. After I got my bill I realize I was charged double for the faucet. A $600 faucet. Wow! But, I okayed it beforehand. I just didn't realize faucets were SO EXPENSIVE.

The service was very good. The tech was very courteous and friendly. I would have no problem hiring him again.
