Description of Work: They Made a appointment but didn't show up. When I called they were very apologetic so I guess that it was just one of those things that happen. Did a good job when they came.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, set up and cleaned vents and dryer vent.

Description of Work: Repair and maintenance performed on fireplace and inspection of furnace. No issues with provider.

Description of Work: Can't really comment on punctuality and professionalism because I was delayed in Chicago returning from vacation. My neighbor handled this call for me and everything went well. They did discover that my dryer duct work was not connected in my attic and they fixed that. From what I could see they did a great job and I would use this company again in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned my air ducts out. The house was built in the 70's and I am sure they had never been cleaned. They also had made for me permanent air filters that just need to be hosed off and then can be reused.

Description of Work: I wasn't able to look at the inside of the dryer duct, but I assume it had been cleaned. He had the proper equipment to do the job.

Description of Work: The gentleman came in with his machine and hooked it up to every air duct that we had and cleaned them out. I guess the machine sucked all of the dust out of the vents and into itself. It wasn't obtrusive or too loud, and most importantly to me, he didn't leave a mess for me to clean up! He even changed out all of our air filters (we asked him to, and provided them). We had to pay extra because the deal was for one AC unit and we have three. It was worth it, however, getting them all cleaned out. Our house was built in 1991 and I don't know if they've ever been done. He said they were pretty bad. Anyhow, the reason I gave him a B for quality is because in my daughter's room, I think he had his machine hooked up a little too tight, or perhaps he just screwed her vent back on too tight, but the drywall cracked a little bit. It's not a big deal, paint can cover it, but it happened. He was very nice and very professiinal.

Description of Work: The serviceman that came and cleaned out my fireplace that I had not used before and told me how the use it. He was not able to test it because I had the wrong key to turn on the gas and he didn't have one either. He also cleaned out my heater and as much of my attic that he could get to. So I thought all in all the service and the price was right.

Description of Work: The technician that performed this service obviously didn't know much about gas fireplaces. He stated that he was looking for "loose wires".... really, what kind of fireplace inspection is this?? I wasn't impressed with this service even for $59

Description of Work: Not sure of the date of service. Within the last 6 months. Not sure I would use again. The owner was great and personable. His help was not.
