Tyco Fire & Safety ADT is very customer friendly as they are never rude and happily answer all of our questions about our alarm system. We have been using their service for a long time and have always been pleased with their service.

Tyco Fire & Safety ADT did a good job installing our system and clearly explained how to operate it to me. I've never had a problem with false alarms, although their response time is very good. They provide a good service with a professional and courteous staff.

I did experience a time when my alarm went off for no reason for one and a half hours and no one showed up from ADT. Finally my boyfriend came and was able to shut it off.
