The service was not good. They swapped it out to another company, basically they're not doing it. So I had problems with the design, what the designer built was not what they actually brought to install, they weren't able to actually physically build what the designer originally design and sold us. It was past due when it's supposed to have been done, they had to come back out because they did not bring some of the items that were in the design work and it only took me getting a hold of a manager to have someone come out to finish the projects. They were not good. The final product once they got it all done, the quality of the product when it was finished was reasonably good. The workers came when they said they were coming. I thought the installers were pretty professional but the sales person and through the management, I was not very pleased.

They do exactly what you want at half the price. They technician that came was very nice and did exactly what he was supposed to do.

They were excellent.  They cleaned up and did everything they were supposed to do.  I was pleased with their service.

They installed it the same day and it was fabulous. The contractor has a whole truck of water heaters. They charge based on what they have to do. I also wanted a recirculating pump but they didn't have that on the truck, so they deducted the cost for that from the final bill.

We had them measure and install wood shutters to separate the two rooms. The man who measured was prompt and carefully measured the doorway. The installer called to make an appointment, arrived on time, was courteous and efficient. The shutters on the doorway are beautiful. The entire experience was great!

I'm surprised Home Depot didn't care about obtaining our business.

He did a little extra by adding a small hose.

They did a great job, and it was very convenient. They are so close to my house. They were able to do it right away, so I didn t have to wait. I have recommended several other people to use Home Depot. They answer all of your questions and are right there to assist you when you need them.

Home Depot did an outstanding job redoing our floors. All the floors look great and we were very happy that we decided to call Home Depot. The sub contractors they sent us did everything right the first time and we felt the price was reasonable for what we had done.

Home Depot sent 2 knowledgeable men to install my new water heater & I was pleased with their prompt response to my needs. The old tank was leaking, it was time to replace it, & I wanted to buy a larger tank. The servicemen from Home Depot did a great job of getting the old one removed & the new larger system installed properly. I buy a lot of things from Home Depot & they always send professional people to do their service work.

Home Depot was able to send out a sub-contractor right away. We had actually bought the system from them. The man at the store was very helpful in showing me what they had to offer and what system would work the best in my home. They were able to get it installed with no problems and didn't take long for them to do it.
