Description of Work: We are the owners of a 10 year old water treatment/softener system. We have added on a Kinitico reverse osmosis system and chlorine removal system as well, but the original water softener is in place and our previous servicing provider retired. For the price of the service call, Bobby Burns inspected our system, taught me how to use it and insured that the system was treating our water as it was supposed to (i.e. tested the water at three places). My wife and I both were very impressed with his customer service and expertise, and we have found someone who can service the unit when it breaks in the future. I originally called Kinitico, but they would only service a system if they had put it in. This left a poor taste in my mouth with them, but I continued to search and thankfully found this small company. I would recomend them for any job. Great kudos for Bobby Burns.

+ -1 moreBobby Burns, the owner, did a great job of communicating and provided exactly what I needed. My water softner container had cracked and the company that built it was out of business. I described what type of container and the size I needed and Bobby identified another source. He had it delivered to his shop the very next day. He didn't ask for a deposit and didn't pressure me for any other service--although he was willing to come to my house if requested. I went to his shop and picked up the part. While I was there, I asked him for some o-rings and a small gasket for my diverter valve. He had them in stock and threw them into the deal. I am impressed with his follow-through and attention to detail. This wasn't a high dollar sale but he treated me as if it were. He was responsive and knowledgeable. I recommend this company and Bobby without reservation.
