I received my estimate the day following my initial phone call. Joshua looked at the job and outlined several options and price ranges. He had photos of previous jobs, a complete listing of all the steps and professional products they would use. He gave me a coupon and said I would also qualify for first time customer, senior, and pay by check rather than credit card discounts. It all looked good to me, so I asked him when it could be done. He scheduled it for 2 days later (today). He said I didn't have to do anything at all to get ready for them. They would move the furniture and move it back when done. As a senior, that was a really big plus for me. They arrived this morning on time and started right in. I did what I do best, stay out of the way but within earshot if they needed anything. Several times they called me in to see the progress and approve or disapprove their work. When they were finished, they asked me to come in and tell them where to put all the furniture back. I pointed, they hauled, and were done in 5 minutes. They finished the job in the time quoted, and when the bill was presented, it was exactly the same as the estimate. I was just sure beforehand that I would be a little disappointed, because I was going for perfection. There was no disappointment at all. It's perfect. The crew was extraordinary.

Extremely professional crew and very hard working and attentive to areas that needed more work. Were also able to address issues that a previous company was unable to. Still looks fabulous two months later! I could not be happier with the results.

They did a good job. They were clean. They were fast. The durability of their product is probably not what they had promised, but it is what it is.

Our grout lines were black and we rented a machine from Home Depot to try to restore the grout to the sand color it used to be, but it did not work. We scheduled a free quote from Silver State and we were satisfied with the price so we booked a Saturday the following month to get the work done. Shlomi showed up on time (8 a.m.) with another man to help move furniture, refrigerator etc. Within 30 minutes, two more men showed up to start cleaning our ceramic tile floors. Once the floors were finished being cleaned, the team started painting all the grout lines a neutral "pebble beach" color. The team was professional and fast and our floor looks outstanding! It looks so clean and spacious with the new grout color. The team left around 12:00 p.m. so we were very happy there were four men to help do the job so we could have Saturday afternoon to ourselves. Schlomi also cleaned our kitchen granite counters for free and we received a 1 Gallon cleaner for our floors. I would recommend this company to our friends/family! Thank you Shlomi and team for doing such a wonderful job!

The job went well. The floors polished up nicely - I was happy with it. He missed some spots, but not bad. I probably could have called them and they would have returned. (I may yet do this) We shall see how long the shine remains. The counter top polishing helped, but not as shiny as I would like. The grout lines look very good.

Great job. Floor looks great. Work is guaranteed for one year. They returned when we found a spot that they missed. Clean and friendly workers. With a $100 coupon, they were the lowest bid.

The job was done poorly (areas had to be cleaned up after they left. Most of the stains in the grout were not removed. We discovered later we could remove them with a $2 pumice stone.The sealer (guaranteed for one year) is not working. The price included a offer to come back anytime we had a problem within a year. We had them come back once to take care of one problem which they repaired. But we find it inconvenient for us and for them to have come back for problems that should have been rectified in the first place. In fairness they were polite (maybe a little too polite) and punctual. For us, this was not money well spent.
