It was very good, I've never had a problem with La-Z-Boy.

The approximate time to make it was two months. The chair was ready close to that promised time. It was boxed and securely packaged. And the delivery men were very considerate handling my new "Throne", setting it together and locking the parts in place exactly where I asked them to place it. The chair is the Niagara model, and beautifully made. I plan to spend quality time in it!

We stopped by the Centennial store to see what La Z Boy had in the way of living room and dinning room furniture. After looking around the store the sales person recommended we sign up for their free design consultation - with no obligation to buy. We were hesitant as a couple of the reviews weren't positive but decided to give it a try; it's hard to beat free. The designer came to our home, took measurements, pictures and talked with us about our style and color preferences. A week later we went to the store and the designer presented various options for furnishing our home. We had plenty of time to try different sofa, love seat and recliners - never feeling rushed our pressured to make a decision. Ultimately, we bought quite a bit of their custom designed furniture (special order Vs off the floor designs). We based our purchase decision on the quality of the furniture, the choice of recliner mechanisms, choice of materials and the helpfulness of the staff. Everyone in this store worked as a team, not individual sales representatives, and are not paid on commission. Qualifying for a loan was easy and now we just have to wait for our furniture to be built and delivered - 8 to 12 weeks. We also bought at a good time as they were having a sale so it made the painful part of paying for the furniture a little easier. Two days later we went back and bought a dinning room hutch. We thought we might find it for less on-line or at another store but didn't see anything we liked better. We highly recommend this store and it's employees. Hopefully, the delivery and installation will be flawless too.

I had very specific requirements in getting the chair that I wanted. The young lady that helped me showed me at least 10 different chairs that met or were close to those requirements. After deciding on the chair, she turned me over to the accounting department, who were very pleasant. Delivery came in 2 days after purchasing. The delivery was on time and they were very polite. Chairs were placed where I wanted them and then adjusted to my needs. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

Received the furniture. From day one, the recliner/rocker on one side does not operate properly. We have had service on it 4 times, it has practically been replaced, and the problem still exists. Lazboy wanted to continue with repairs. Repair what---it's been replaced. So, we plead to return the furniture, not even get cash, give us a store credit so we can exchange it for furniture with no mechanisms. Their own repairmen admit the quality of their furniture has deteriorated to plastic crap. The tell us they will give us credit but not for the sofa. I was so happy, But that was short lived. To lazboy, my love seat is three pieces, they are only giving credit for 1/3 of the love seat. As the pieces are connected with hooks and latches, they cannot be used as individual pieces. So I'm stuck either replacing that piece or have hooks and latches sticking out one side and buy some thing else. I even asked them, if you bought a bad product, would you return it and buy it again? I again plead for reconsideration,,,,,,,,,nope 1/3 credit. Lazboys quality has gone way down, so has their customer service. Too bad their prices didn't go down as much to match!

You should use them. The price was fair. The quality was good.

I would never buy their furniture again. Their service was fine but I did not like their furniture. They just helped design the small TV room. I did not even like their customer service. My couch cushions started to deflate and they just came out and gave me new stuffing to put in. They just left it there, they did not do it and there was no way I could get it in there. He just said that when it gets flattened out further then I could put it in there. So I had four big old pillows sitting around. They did not even help around. The furniture cost quite a bit the design was free. The back of the couch broke. It is cheap. I had to take it to them and they fixed it. They did not come out to fix it. Their warranty is worthless. I will not use them again.
