They did not show up the day they were scheduled. I had to call and find out when they would be here. They were scheduled for the next day.

Had to re-schedule the initial appt. and they were able to accommodate with no problem. The service tech was very fast, efficient, and the work was top notch. The price was also unbelievable, being only about one-third of other companies. Will use again for various plumbing needs.

Don't use them.

The job was to replace the water main from the street to the house. The servicemen were excellent. They kept me informed during all stages of the job. Did an excellent job cleaning and replacing the desert landscape.

They did good work but it was an old school gouge the customer experience. Haven't had that experience with HomeAdvisor before. This company should not be recommended for small jobs. For them it's just an opportunity to soak a customer that won't be calling them again.

The service was excellent they worked on my project for two days due to a unreliable Plummer, so we were very pleased with the outcome!

Technicians were extremely competent. Identified the issue as a bathtub drain problem, not a toilet leak as we were lead to believe by another company we also However they needed to cut hole ceiling that we need to repair.

I hired Jump To It Plumbing last year to turn a tub into a roll in shower. After reworking some plumbing they found rotting pipes and explained I needed my home re-plumbed. Since I had already hired them to change tub to shower I was cornered into accepting a very high bid to replace all plumping pipes including the sewer line. While the men were digging out the sewer line they cut the gas line thinking it was a tree root. The gas line was located just outside the door. We and all my neighbors to the north had to evacuate. I had fire dept. with hoses ready in case my home blew up. Thankfully it did not blow up and the gas company came and repaired the line. I asked the gas company what will happen to the plumbing company since they did not obtain a digging permit. Gas company told me they would be fined, have to pay all the salaries of the gas employees who came and repaired the line and pay for all the gas that escaped that day. I immediately thought, OMG they are not finished with my bathroom. What kind of job will they do knowing that their profits are small or zero? Unfortunately my fears turned to reality. They did a good job re-plumbing the house but the tile floor in the bathroom was botched so bad every time I go in there an look at it I want to cry. First of all, it took three weeks to get the tile in. The bathroom was just a toilet for a month while I waited for the tile I had picked out. I have a one bath house. Finally the tile was in and going to be installed. I was so excited to have this bathroom completed. Tile man comes and lays the tile and does not have enough to complete. Who ever gave the tile company the bathroom measurements got it wrong. I was so mad cause I had waited almost a month for the tile and now had to wait another month. I got on the phone with the plumbing company asking what now cause the tile layer had no idea why it was short and was no comfort. He left the house saying oh well. Tile layer the next day to set the toilet and still would not give me any information as when the floor would be completed. Finally, within three days, the extra tile arrived to complete the floor. I had picked out a light color grout but I did not get that. The grout they used was several colors dark and a lighter color. I did not notice after it was complete cause I thought it needed to set and cure however, the realization that there is two grout colors on the floor is blaring obvious. The grout color is so dark and the tiles are light color, you can see the tile layer did not space the tiles correctly so in some places the tile is almost together without a grout line and others section wide grout line. I wish I could post pictures to show the poor job these men did. I feel so taken cause I paid this company $27K to re-plumb a one bath home and replace the tub with a roll in shower. The floor is just horrible for what I paid for this job. The sewer line ran through another room and some tiles need to be replaced. The tile layers had the tile down on the floor not following the pattern. Thankfully I went and checked and saw the tile was not following the pattern and spoke up. The man immediately moved them to follow the pattern. I cannot believe I had to tell professional tile layers to follow the existing pattern. I was just shocked at how incompetent. I am a single woman and feel because I did not have a man around they really took advantage. Please do not hire these guys. They are fine for small plumbing jobs but a bath remodel, no way. They cut costs on laying the tile and it shows. I wish I could post pictures. I have two different color grouts and not what I had originally ordered. The entire job was a nightmare. The gas company comes every six months and checks the repaired line for leaks. I imagine this will continue.
