The entire project, from start to finish, was a wonderful experience. Steve Gutman, the sales representative, came to our house on time and showed us all the available products. We went with the Ultra material because of the 30 year warranty and the durability of the product. The installer was on time and put up our huge patio cover in one day. Our patio is beautiful and has made a huge difference in the overall appearance of the backyard. We are ver pleased with Dura Kool, 100% satisifed and we highly recommend them!

The company was extremely easy to work with. The estimators made an error and underestimated the cost, but they did not pass the extra to us. The installer was ver good and easy to work with. we made two changes during the installation and there were no additional charges. The work was excellent.

They were a subcontractor of Home Depot. It went great. The initial guys came out to find out the style we were looking for. There were a couple of different choices and we went with solid. We could have had slabbed that lets more light through. We could choose some of the trim options for the beams that come out and there were a couple of color options. We chose a color that matches our house. It went very well. They did the measurements and said it would take a couple of weeks because they basically manufacture everything to the dimensions and choices. They were on time in terms of the schedule to be put in. The installer came with all of the materials and installed it in one day and did a very good job. It was a clean install. He left a clean jobsite when he finished. I didn’t shop around too much because Home Depot had financing options. They were very responsive and showed up when they said they would be here. The guy was very professional and was working every time I looked out the window.

The price was too high which is why we didn't use them. They had a lot of information, but they were a little pushy for my taste.

The salesman was very professional and brought along many samples and plenty of documentation. They took care of the permits, showed up on time, completed the work in less than 4 hours. The workmanship was excellent. Overall, we are very pleased with the patio cover and working with Dura-Kool. Very professional through and through.

I called them for an estimate of the replacement of the gutter and received an immediate response. The parts were ordered and an installation date was scheduled. the installer arrived on time and the work was finished in 3 1/2 hours.

They did the work as promised. I'm not living in the property full-time, and they worked around my schedule of when I was there. I was happy that they were patient and cooperative with me so I could be on site while they did the work.

It never needs painting. Very nice. They have different colors available. They did a very good job. There isn't any upkeep to it which is very nice.

Dura-Kool Aluminum Products did a great job for us. They were able to match the awnings with the color of our home. I was very pleased with the outcome of the patio cover and awnings. What I was really happy about was how timely and efficiently they finished the job. Plus they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I prefer not to mention the price of this job.

Dura-Kool Aluminum Products were a little high priced, but the quality of their work and the product they used was well worth the price we paid. I have not had any problems with the cover at all. We were more than satisfied with the service that we received from them.

Dura-Kool Aluminum Products did a good job on our enclosure. It is one of the best rooms in our house. On one side we have French doors. It is all double paned glass solar E. They finished our job on time. The men were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Dura-Kool Aluminum Products did excellent work enclosing our patio. We were pleased that it only took about two and a half weeks to finish. Our patio enclosure is solid and the results are exactly what we wanted.

Dura-Kool installed a beautiful patio enclosure. It was made of a light weight material. It looked like wood grain. We have had no problems with their work or the way that the enclosure fits. I think the work and the product was first class. The men were very well mannered.
