Husband and wife came right over on time and explained all costs. they have you get material after they tell you how much you need-which saves a good bit of money. they then pciked up the chairs and one week later they came back looking better then new. my wife is already thinking of othey furniture that need repairs.

Mr. Rosales did a wonderful job. He replaced padding that was decades old and recovered my mother's bench with the fabric that I had purchased. I would recommend him highly.

I picked DR Custom due to all the reviews on Angies List. I called him up and he gave me an est. and it was in the range that I expected to pay. When I arrived to drop off my chair, he showed me what he was working on and he explained the process of his work. When I came to pick up the chair he told me I would be really surprised on how the chair turned out with my fabric. He sounded really impressed with the work and when I saw it, I was VERY VERY impressed. He will be doing all my chairs (4 more to go)! I wish I could show the before and after pics of this chair...

This was a great expeerience, both with Angie's List and DR Custom Upholstery. Not knowing any upholsterers in the area, I was very leary about hiring someone I didn't know. This service made the choice a no brainer. Thank you, Angie's List.

We had already selected the fabric that we wanted. Mr. Rosales does NOT require that customers order fabric through him. The customer can do that or get from wherever they like, choosing the proper fabric for the job being done, i.e., upholstery fabric. We accepted the quote for the job and ordered our fabric. When it arrived, we contacted Mr. Rosales and Jerri and made an appointment for him to pick up the sofa, and again he arrived promptly. He quoted a time frame of 2-3 weeks for completion, stating that he always quotes a longer period, but most often it doesn't take that long. We also asked if he would take pictures of the sofa stripped and send to us, which was done as promised. Thank you, Jerri! We had our sofa reupholstered, new foam cushion for the seat, and delivered back to us in a week and a half. WOW! Yes, it's the WOW factor! The workmanship, the alignment of the fabric from front, sides, back, seat cushion, perfectly done. He reinforced the back, fixed springs and re-did the webbing and made what WAS a very uncomfortable sofa to sit on, a very enjoyable and comfortable sofa. Jerri also did a fabulous job of cleaning the very detailed woodwork of the sofa. AND, it didn't take as long as he had quoted!!! Thanks, Denny and Jerri for a great experience and a wonderful job. We are extremely pleased and happy with our and quot;newand quot; sofa.

They said that it would take three weeks, but it only took two. When I got it back the patterns matched. He did a really good job.

All work was performed as requested and on-time. Fabulous!

Denny has reupholstered several chairs for us, as well as ottomans, pillows and even padded and upholstered an interior wall for us. Jerri is great at color coordination and suggestions of pattern. You can't go wrong with this team.

When searching for an upholsterer, we only obtained a quote from DR Custom Upholstery because of their excellent reviews and the fair prices reported on Angie's List. Jeri was always friendly on the phone, and she and Denny were more than willing to accomodate our availability for the quote, picking up the piece, and dropping it off. For the quote, Denny came to our home and examined the chaise. He answered our questions about the types of upholstery fabric available, and was very accommodating with our request to raise the height of the back cushion. Denny also asked if we would like to change the chaise skirt to a more modern, flat skirt than the outdated flounce skirt on the piece; it was a suggestion we had not even considered but really appreciated. He then told us how much fabric to purchase, planning for some extra to keep for future use if needed, and Jeri gave me some recommendations and even a coupon for fabric stores. The search commenced for suitable upholstery fabric and a few weeks went by before I was able to call Jeri to let her know the fabric had come in. From the start, we told Denny we were not in a hurry to get back the chaise. Once the fabric was available, DR picked up the piece and the bolt at the end of December. Toward the end of January, Denny called to let us know it would be a few more weeks before the project would be completed. Last week, Jeri called to confirm that the chaise was finished and she arranged for it to be dropped off. We are thrilled with the results; the chaise looks so much better than it did before, the cushions are more firm, and the back cushion even has a zipper at the bottom so it can be removed if necessary. Every detail was paid attention to. Denny will definitely be the person we call for future reupholstery needs.

Excellent job A + in all aspects. Denny added foam to make seats more comfortable. Workmanship and fabric quality was excellent. Very professional and punctual. They also finished the job quicker than they said. I would definitly use this company again !!

The tonneau cover on my sports car tore where it attached to the car and the zipper was broken. I didn't know who to go to to get the repairs done, so I checked with Angie's List and found Denny, who was close to where I lived and had an A rating. I gave him a call and the rest is history. He went to a number of suppliers and was finally able to find a replacement zipper that matched the original one. Denny did a good job and was on his estimated time.

He came quickly to give us an estimate, actually helped with another unrelated furniture problem that I had while he was doing the estimate (fixed my love seat cushion from where the movers hadn't put the seat back together right), then came on the day promised to pick up the furniture, said it would be about two weeks, and it was slightly less than two weeks, when we got all the various items back, and they all looked great. He even told us two good stores to check out for fabrics that had good prices. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended.

Superior in every category! I would hire them again, because of beyond excellence in workmanship, as well as service. They came to my house and gave me an estimate and that is exactly what I paid. They gave me the name of the most awesome fabric store that I have ever been in to pick out my fabric. The quality of the matieral was terrific and so was the selection. The prices were unbelieveable. If I had gone to a decorator, I would have paid more than 4X the amount that I did at this store. The total cost for repairs to the wood, recovering, labor, and material was a total of $926 for both chairs ($800 for Denny and $126 in fabric). These were high end pieces of furniture that have been restored to their previous beauty and glory that will be used for many years to come. Thank you Denny and Jerri.
