Could not have gone better

I contacted Mr. Rosales after viewing his site on Angie's List. I did not have the fabric to re-upholster the couch and loveseat. Jerri met me at the fabric store and helped choose the fabric. Both Denny and Jerri were extremely helpful from start to finish. They picked up and delivered my furniture. I am certainly gratefful to them for the excellent service and quality of work performed. After the couch and loveseat was re-upholstered they re-upholstered my dining room chairs and repaired the table. Denny and Jerri are both dedicated to do the very best they can for their customers. Of course they have my highest recommendation!

Mr. Rosales' motto "Fair Prices Fast Service" is right on. They did the work for less than quoted and finished the work in half the time promised. Excellent quality workmanship... Denny knows his business. I strongly recommend Rosales Custom Upholstry.

I called the company in mid December and Jerri scheduled an appointment for them to come out for an estimate of the work to be done. Denny provided an estimate for the work as well letting me know how much fabric would be required to complete the job. Jerri also provided a source for fabric that I was unaware of. I wound up ordering the fabric from another source and when the fabric arrived I called Jerri to arrange to have the couch picked up. They came the same day and estimated approximately a week to complete the job. Three days later Jerri called and said the couch would be ready later that day and they could deliver it early that afternoon. The cost and amount of fabric required were exactly as estimated and the couch looks beautiful. If the need ever arises I will use them again. Thank you Denny and Jerri.

It went excellent. Denny picked up our old cushions, we supplied him with the new fabric and then he completed the work in his shop. The new cushions are exact size replacements for the original ones and we are completely satisfied with Denny's work.

I went to the List. I found the company and read the reviews. Even though there weren't many, they were all glowing. I called the company and Jerri, Denny's wife, returned my call. She was very professional and made an appointment for Denny and her to come out to our house the next day. They arrived on time and looked at the material and the chairs. Although Denny had not worked with this specific material before, he had worked with horsehair, which is a very difficult material to maneuver. I had no doubt that he could do this job. He has worked in the upholstery business for 40 years, since he was 13. (He learned the upholstery business from his father.) He and his wife removed the chair seats and took them back to the shop. This was on a Friday. The following Wednesday, they were done. They look great. Denny and Jerri are so nice and so accommodating, and when (not if) I need any else reupholstered, I'll definitely use them. Another Angie's List success.

We are delighted with the results. We have a new look in the family for much less than new sofas would have cost We were able to keep the old solid oak sofas. Denny also repaired the cushion and covered a matching rocking chair and made a bolster.

Denny and his wife were wonderful to deal with throughout the entire process. They started and finished when they said they would, and the work was excellent. I told Denny I wanted to update my traditional sofa to something more contemporary, and he knew just what to do. His wife even went to get more fabric for the sofa when it was needed due to the design changing. This saved me time and kept the work on schedule. I highly recommend this family business. I plan to have them make a new cushion for my outside swing in a couple of months.

I had obtained an estimate from another company who wanted to charge me much more and basically only gave me two choices of fabric that I felt would have been acceptable but I didn't feel that great about. I looked into slipcovers but couldn't find a fabric and color that would blend in with my decor. I decided I would try to have someone make a custom slip cover so went to the fabric store, where I was pleased to find a fabric that was perfect, as well as a business card for Denny Rosales, who does custom upholstery. I called and arranged to have someone come give me an estimate. The estimate was for $350, plus $25 for delivery, and I provided the fabric. I decided to go for it right then and there and they went ahead and took the chair with them. I don't remember exactly how long it took but I think it was under a week when they said it was done. They did a beautiful job and I am very pleased with my "new" old favorite.
