Description of Work: He wanted an additional $15.00 because of dog hair on the back seat (I had taken my roommates dog to the vet once). I declined and said we could cancel the appointment. He said no and did a nice job, but was obviously not happy.

Description of Work: The work was good, however it did not sit well with me when they told me the advertised price would not cover scrubbing the carpet, only spot cleaning and vacuuming dog hair would be $25 extra

Description of Work: Service was okay and quick. However, they kept finding "dog hair" they could charge extra for cleaning, when in fact, there was very little, if any as we only take the dog on occasion to the vet's office (twice a year).

Description of Work: They refused to come to my area because they said it was geographically undesirable. Why did they advertise to me in the first place? I had to go thru the bother of filing for a refund. I would have rather had the service.
