Description of Work: Very rude and unprofessional service! I had an appointment for July 9 and they called to say they were coming on the 8th. Wrong date! I called and spoke to receptionist who said "that we can't help you", "too busy", and" can you bring in the glass?" Outlandish! I asked for the owner and would not come to the phone. Had his employee tell me "we can't help you!" They made an error on the date and no accommodations were suggested! Very Poor business attitude & obviously, no customer service!

Description of Work: The two man team rehung a very large (57"x 50") framed mirror on the wall, taking approximately 40 - 45 minutes. Surprised they did not have a stepping stool or latter, but pleased with the outcome! |

Description of Work: The English Guy Richard was the most knowledgable and speediest worker I have ever experienced always ask for him to measure and install for your job

Description of Work: They stood me on 1st appointment. When I called they admitted their error and were very apologetic and we set up a second appointment. They called 15 minutes prior to arriving to confirm, and were on time arriving. Two workers were very professional and pleasant, and completed my repairs in less than a hour. A much shorter time than I had expected. I inspected their work (they replaced 2 broken cells in our acrylic block bathroom window, broken by golf balls) and you could only pick out the new cells because they were clean. Excellent work! Had it not been for the missed appointment, I would have rated them an "A".

Description of Work: I had broke a window glass on my RV. I took the window frame to Dan Bradley's. They messed-up the first attempt, but made it right. Good job, good price. I now need auto glass, wish they did auto.

Description of Work: This is the poorest customer service experience I've had on Angies List. Kelly continually promised call backs, which never happened, and she promised service men who never showed up. After 4 attempts, the servicemen finally showed up, cut a piece of my molding off to "bring back to the shop" for a quote, and then THE QUOTE WAS NEVER ISSUED! Of course, the molding was not returned and Kelly claimed the workman lost the ticket. What a sad excuse for a service company. I've made at least 10 reports to Angie's List and I've given practically all straight A's, BUT THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!
