Description of Work: I have used this provider in the past and always get a professional job with them. They worked with me on price and product due to the fact that shipment was delayed and my time frame could not be adjusted. We found a better product and they worked with me on price. Installation was amazing and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I was VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service at Cloud Carpet. I went into their show room, talked to a sales rep named Jason, who promised me I'd get the samples I wanted sent to me in a few days. After eight days I called him and he said he had gives my information to another rep named Kent. When Kent finally called me back, the samples had not even been ordered yet. After another week I finally got 3 of the 5 samples (only a 5 inch square). I called back to inquire about prices and was told that Kent no longer works there. Yesterday I spoke to a Tom who said he'd find the price and call me back. I still haven't heard from him. Perhaps they thought the job was too small to bother with. I would not recommend trying to work with this company, and I have decided to take my business elsewhere! Little do they know that I am planning a complete redo of my floors, including hardwood (which they do carry).
