Excellent service and very professional. Classic Water Heaters were able to come out the same afternoon they contacted me and give me a quote for a new water heater and install it at the same time. Water heater was leaking. Dave and Cindy arrived approximately 1 hr after I made the request in Home Advisor to replace it. They had everything that was needed (permit, heater, new valves, drain pan etc) and installed it in quickly in a very professional manner. They cleaned the job site up and notified the building inspector to come inspect the next morning. Their service and professionalism was excellent. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Dave and Cindy responded to my call very quickly and were very professional and friendly, flushed my water heater and replace Anode in a timely manner at a very reasonable price even though it was a Sunday did not charge weekend price.

Dave and Cindy were quick to contact me and came by within an hour to inspect. This is my 5th heater in 15 years so unfortunately I have some familiarity with the marketplace procedures and products. The product they represent is excellent. The installation went like clockwork and left no mess. They even acted interested when i bored them with small talk. Their price was fair so much so that I hired them to come back and install a new pressure regulator to try to extend the life of this heater. When my real estate agent called the next day asking if I knew anyone that installed water heaters it was easy for me to recommend Dave and Cindy. Fast, friendly and efficient the way its supposed to be. GREAT FOLKS

The technicians were very thorough and explained exactly why I was experiencing problems with my hot water heater. They gave me some options but did not pressure me into making a final decision. From the time I used Home Adviser I got a return call in two hours. Another hour I had them at the door. After estimate, they had water heater needed on the truck and started work. Took a little less than two hours. Excellent work and clean up was done while work was being done, I would hire again.
