Emailed at 9 at night and by the next day, I had a new water heater installed and working perfectly. Dave and Tristan were very efficient at getting the job done timely and quicker than I expected. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them for your water heater needs.

At first another company came by that I didn't call. Their call to Classis Water Heaters was intercepted by the other company. We got an estimate for a water heater that was double the price that Classic Water Heaters charged. Tristan and Dave were the most professional people. They represent the company very well. Classic did a GREAT job replacing our water heater. Their pricing was great and the service phenomenal. They gave us a FREE estimate and then came back the next day on 2 hours notice to replace the water heater. I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

I hired Classic water heaters to replace my water heater. The work was good, but when I paid with a credit card I was told my receipt would come in an e-mail. All the e-mail said was Classic Water Heaters $1300.00. I called them and explained that I needed a statement saying what was done, water heater cost, labor, and parts. It has been almost two weeks now and I still have no real receipt.

Classic replaced my water heater unit last Month. We could not be more thankful of their extremely fair prices. They were polite, friendly and efficient. They did the repair and explained everything thoroughly to me. They also left the area neat and clean when they left. We were not disappointed in their service, nor have we had any issues with our new unit. I will continue to use them!

This company is owned by a husband and wife who have been doing this work for many years. They are delightful people and very professional. Being a single older person, I am always skeptical of people who come to my door. They immediately put me at ease. Dave explained the popping noise coming from the water heater. I decided to have them replace the hot water heater and when it was drained there was a good 2 inches of what appeared to be sand. Good price, great workmanship, and the work was accomplished immediately. I will hire them if the need arises and hope others will do the same. Thank you to Dave and Tristan!

Bought a Bradford White 40 gallon water heater. Dave and Cindy did the install the following morning and did a great job. All new fittings and connections. Experts at installing water heaters and were finished in two hours. The Bradford White's they sell are top shelf. Their price was very reasonable, as cheap as anyone else's who were selling lower quality heaters. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very pleased all around.
