They are the best! I have referred many people to Cacti Landscaping. Their prices are excellent. They are dependable and consistently do great work. I highly recommend them!

I did not use them...they charge a fee to come out and bid. I am in Commercial Real Estate and that is unheard of. I would never use a company that feels they need to charge a fee just to give an estimate. To me that says they are too high and are not getting jobs. Sorry guys you may want to rethink your policy.

They are very thorough and have kept the HOA off my back. They also fixed an overflowing drip device free of charge.

Everything went well. I was so pleased with their service, that I decided to use them for the past four years. In fact, a neighbor came to me to inquire about my landscaper because they do an outstanding job. Their lawn fertilization and treatment is excellent. Also, the cost is very reasonable.

Awesome! I will continue to use Cacti for my needs, and when and if I decide to take on more properties, they will be the first team I call for maintenance when needed.

They gave me two different quotes over the phone. They never came out to see what they were quoting o( thy said they used mapquest. (the mapquest photo is over four years old and is not very descriptive about our current landscaping). Neither prices matched their advertised price. They were abrupt and seemed to care only their time not my landscaping. I woulde never trust them to do a responsible job. DID NOT USE.

When scheduling they tried to decline the coupon by saying that it was a 1 time use. So if work took less than 12 hours that was too bad. When they arrived on site to do the work they sat outside my house waiting about 30 minutes wasting time. It was not until I called the main office asking when they planned to start that dispatch called them and they started. It just felt like a way to burn time and not do the work. Once they got started they did a good job. But it was such a hassle to get them going and to honor the coupon that I would no use them again.

As they say, you get what you pay for...but this company has been going downhill the past few years. The girls in the office are clueless. I have been a customer for 10 yrs. One time I call to get a tree pruned, a limb broke off, after waiting 3 days...the crew never showed up. Girl in the office sends them to the wrong house! Really? I'm your customer for 10 yrs! This past year was the worst - same shrubs in my backyard, some they shape and some they dont. My ornamental grasses they cut back 2x..the last time in April/May - wrong!!!! And they still look horrible! No plumes on them! In the past they would replant 3 shrubs for free. This year, they charge me $10 for one 5 gallon shrub to be put in. No warning/information about this! I call, Brett the owner says it will be removed, nope! It appears again on next month's bill! Had to call again! This is how you treat a customer of 10 yrs who has referred new customers to you? When the price of gas got sky high, Brett raised his prices. Gas is down, he continues to raise his prices. The were supposed to come to my house today. I call the office at 11 am, no answer, answering machine. I leave a message. Call back 1 hr later, message again. Call back again, finally someone answers the phone...and she tells me my account is marked inactive! I read on Yelp where customers were told they had to give 6 months notice when cancelling. In June when I thought I might be moving, I was told no, just call when you are moving. I never gave them a date for when not to come. So, they saved me Augusts visits and the lost out on more money because my irrigation system needs to be fixed. I told the person on the phone, since you marked me inactive, I will get someone else to fix the irrigation - less $$ for you. Its cheap but you pay for what you get, and after a while its not worth the aggravation!

Cacti landscaping ALWAYS does a great job, anytime I call them for help. I had called another company (J&J) to give me a quote. The guy (Jose) came out and barely even looked at the problem and told me $100.00. I asked him another question and he told me max $250.00. I was a little surprised at how quickly he went from $100 to $250.00. He then started getting an attitude with me. I thanked him and sent him on his way. When the young man from Cacti came by, he got in the bushes and found the problem. Told me $70.00, fixed the problem, and that was it. I will never use anyone else. Thank you!

They came on time, did what I wanted them to do. They were polite, professional, presentable, and did a good job at a reasonable price.

It couldn't have gone better. I have three different sizes/colors of rock plus a dry river bed that all needed help. Before they put the rock in, the cleaned the yard and pruned all plants that needed it. I hadn't expected this and was delighted. The yard now looks fabulous, and I have contracted with them for monthly maintenance. The men are hard workers and do a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier.

I called to schedule a valve replacement and they refused to come out without upfront payment. The other companies I have dealt with take payment when the job is complete. I will never use them. Customer Service rep made me uncomfortable.

After my tenant reported back to me, it appears all systems are now operating properly. I have not reviewed their work, but the plants are still alive and the water system continues to work. They did not charge me for parts and this was unexpected, however should I expect a working system for $120 as the prepaid coupon cost? Played telephone tag with their office on my request for a work statement or paid invoice on the work that was completed; finally arrived after 2 weeks.

wonderful..Bret had everyone working on time, getting the job done , and he was quick to answer the phone when I had questions...made a trip out to check the work, had one section redone at my request but without further charges. I would always be glad to recommend him and his crew.

Cacti supplied a team right away and did a quality job. I received more and better work at a lower price from Cacti than my last three vendors.

He got everything working in no time and did a great job.

I was very impressed. Their representative was timely, focused and did a superior job. My systems haven't worked this well since I purchased the house. I would definitely recommend and will call upon them again. Only drawback is I work M-F and so do they so I had to take day off to complete the service.
