I called and left a voice message for this Cacti Landscaping. I explained that I needed to re landscape my front yard, which would include removing old rock, laying a quality weed barrier and putting new rock down. One of the employees called me back to schedule an appointment for an estimate within a few hours which I was very please with. After she introduced herself she stated she would need a $10.00 deposit for the estimate. I stated that we could give the man the $10.00 when he came to the house to view the landscaping needs. She then continued that she needed a credit card number in order to secure the $10.00 estimate fee. At that point, I did not feel that giving a stranger my credit card was a safe and professionlal business need to so I told the lady that I was no longer interested in this company doing any work for me. They must be overloaded with work to turn down a several thousand dollar job for $10.00. Don't waste your time.

met all my expectations, this is a tenured company with an excellent reputation, their attention to detail was much appreciated.

They were here on time and did the work requested. If we need further sprinkler work we will use them.

After the steps were in, Cacti skillfully blended in rock and plants to make it look like nothing was disturbed. They also put in some plants in the back yard and cleared away concrete chunks that were in the yard. Everything was done very professionally and at a reasonable price. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were through. I would recommend Cacti to anyone who needs any landscaping done.

arrived without a schedule all three visits. Little or no communication. I would say that the clean up was at best 80% and many of the shrubs were missed and the bank roses were never trimmed. Price was great but you get what you pay for.

My system works now so I am happy.

One and only weakness is contactablity (if that is even a word?) and message transfer accuracy. Other than that good folks.

I’ve been using them for 3-4 years. I have a standing appointment but if I need anything, I call or send an email and they call back. I don’t like gardening so I really like that they come in a do the work without bothering me. I was really happy with my drip irrigation system; you can hardly tell that they’d been here at all. They are always on time, send 3 people, and they stay around 25 minutes.

I like the quality of their work. The second time they did the work, they just showed up and did not give me a call. I would have liked to have a heads up next time.

Timely fixed a broken sprinkler head. Went above and beyond by adjusting spray pattern/timer. I would use this company again.

Very responsive to our inquiries. They were contracted at a distance, and we trusted them to do a good job, which they did. Everything went as arranged. The back yard was landscaped with rock to match the front yard, including beautiful desert plants, and a new concrete patio was installed. We have since hired them to maintain our property on a monthly basis.

They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

This was one of our best experiences with a contractor in Las Vegas we highly recommend Bretts team for any landscaping or repair service items. The Cacti team was called at the last minute due to our schedule and performed with outstanding professionalism. No need to look any further hire this team and you will not be disappointed.

Service provider replaces 3 sprinkler valves. Also removed 2 valves that I no longer used. Very happy with work done and results. The old valves were 17 years old and was starting to have problems getting parts. Thought the price was very fair for the work done.

In under an hour they evaluated our front lawn sprinklers. They replaced two of the six 15 year old heads. Here several months later they were working wonderfully. I say "were" because another lawn service team came and while aerating the lawn broke one of those heads. In fact, I wish I could find this Angie's List Lawn service recommendation. I lost their number.

Cacti always does an excellent job on our yard. Even with the nominal fee, they take their time to make sure the yard is completely cleaned and checked for any abnormalities to the irrigation system. Bret had been doing this service for several years and we have never had a problem.

The scheduling and response time were great! They did lots of various clean up and trimming projects. They were fast, efficient, and thorough.

They came out once and they are coming two more times. They were great. The price was excellent. They were right here on time.

We called for an estimate to convert our lawn to xeriscape. We are prepared to spend a few thousand dollars having this job completed. This company wanted $10 for an estimate. We turned down the estimate. We will not use nor refer Cacti to anybody.

I am delighted with the first visit from this crew. We have numerous shrubs and plantings in the front and back yard that had not been trimmed in the fall and they were a mess. This crew arrived early, were very professional, and went right to work. I cannot believe the amount of work they got done in 20 minutes! Every shrub and plant is now nicely trimmed, some tree limbs pruned, and a thorough clean up of all the leaves and trimmings. Can't wait to see what they accomplish next month.

They did an excellent job and an excellent clean up. I would highly recommend them.

The service turned out alright. He was prompt. He was here on time. He seemed to know his field. I would have to use him more to refer him to anybody just to see. It was just the owner or supervisor that came out. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal cost. He came out in the time I scheduled. I imagine within a couple of days after I purchased the Big Deal. The pricing was fine. I probably would use him again.

We had a good experience with them. We liked them. As I recall, they came when they were supposed to. They did good quality work. They cleaned up after themselves and then, they left. It was a good Deal. It was a great price.
