It was pretty good. They didn’t really do a couple of things I wanted checked but overall, it was pretty good. One of the sprinklers had a lot of leakage underneath and he kept saying it was normal but there were a couple of things I didn’t agree with I probably have someone else to come out and look at it.

Did inspection as advertised. Found no major problems.

The crew showed up early and got right to work with minimum supervision. They trimmed lower branches from pine and juniper trees in the front yard. Also trimmed up several palms in the front and back yards. Removed a large patch of Bermuda grass and recommended treatment that will keep the grass from coming back. They were very careful working around the house and yard and cleaned up all of the debris. We are very pleased with everything being done as we requested in a quick and efficient manner.

There was a mix up on the date so it was a little rocky to begin with, but in the end I was very satisfied with my service and would use them again.

I did not have to pay anything in addition. I was hoping they would get one valve hooked up. The guy left half hour early. The price seemed to be reasonable. They were pretty much in line with the other two I called.

We love our new backyard. I wasn't really sure what I wanted but we trusted cacti landscaping with all the design details and it came out beautiful! They designed it with our budget in mind and gave their suggestions. They are very reliable. We were put on their calender right away. The crew was great and made sure everything was in place before they left. They even added a drip system to my potted plant! I asked them to come back and design my front yard. I highly recommend this company!

Never called to schedule work so I cancelled with Angie List and got a refund.

Provider was prompt and on time. Showed me the drip system and broken pipe. I thought new ends would be put on the drip hoses but they weren't. He was only here an hour and I felt I should of only had to pay for an hour of work. The deal was for 2 hrs of service. I could of had him trim bushes or something else to utilize the time I paid for.

On Friday 9/18/2015, we called CACTI Landscape, Inc. CACTI agreed to replace the identified dying plants in our front yard on short notice Wednesday 9/23/2015. On the day of scheduled re-planting, we were expecting CACTI to come knocking our door before starting work. However, they came without knocking at our door and had replaced the dying plants correctly and left. We were unaware that CACTI had come and gone. We called CACTI to ask when they are coming and was informed the job was completed already as promised. That is when we went to look at our front yard and discovered that the dying plants was already replaced as contracted. We were impressed that the work crew was so great that needed no directions that day. We recommend CACTI Landscape, Inc. any future landscape needs.

Did a good job in blazing heat.

Monthly service included weed removal, irrigation check, trimmed and reshaped Italian Cypress trees. Each month they review what needs to be done and do it without my having to ask! The guys are professional, pleasant and do an outstanding job.

Done quickly and professionally

Due to a vehicle breakdown on the part of Cacti Landscaping, they got started a little late. While waiting for the gravel, they trimmed the tree exactly the way we wanted it. Oscar, the on-site supervisor, was very courteous and explained what they would be doing and asked if we had any questions. He was hands on and made sure everyone was doing their jobs. When the rest of the crew and gravel arrived, Oscar got them working and in a couple of hours, the job was done. Oscar walked around the entire property to ensure the job was done correctly and had his crew fix any problems he saw. The cleanup was very good. The gravel was the correct type that we ordered and it was installed just right. We are very pleased with the job and price that Cacti Landscaping had provided. We already have recommended them to several of our friends and neighbors. We will use Cacti Landscaping for all of our landscaping needs.

They arrive on the date promised and all the work that is to be done is done and they do an excellent job, are reliable and dependable.

Cacti has been providing their services for the past three years. On each visit they ask if there is anything special I would like done and they always follow through on any request. I find the team to be polite, helpful and thorough, I consider that a trifecta for a lawn service!

We needed to have a special time for this service and Bret Utter made sure to accommodate us. Eduardo, the team leader, double checked our drip system as we had a major increase in our water bill. He found no problems but suggested it would be our water feature. He performed extra pruning on a fan palm that had become too large. He and the team always respond to our requests and leave our property clean.

yI have really enjoyed the high level of care performed on maintaining my landscaping. What I enjoy most is that they come on the same day every month. When they come I can ask them to check out the drip system to see that certain plants get more water or to make a small repair on the system. Their extra services are great. I am getting ready to request a fall fertilizer treatment that is sprayed onto the plants. I tried this service in the spring and all of my plants are doing better than ever before. The cost is reasonable and the staff and owners are great to work with. After trying other companies in the past who would always leave me guessing as to when they would come or how to contact them about special needs, Cacti Landscapes is a welcomed relief. I really enjoy their coming by every month. There is always far more to landscaping than I would think and the monthly maintenance keeps everything looking really great. The crew arrives in a company identified truck, they haul away all trimmings, and they are a highly professional who get on the work that needs to be done. This is truly a 5 star company!

It went much better than I could have expected. He came only a few days after I notified the company of my issue, and fixe it without charge.

.After agreeing to the tech never called back. The excessive watering continued and certain areas seemed to be overly dry. I rescheduled and the soonest they could come back was 12 days later. I hand watered daily but the plants were suffering. Ive got a giant cactus on the line that was not working since their visit. It worked before they came. This cactus is worth $$ so I gave up waiting for them and hired another provider last weekend. One of the valves had to be replaced and there was a gaping hole in one of the lines that Cati never mentioned. I was going to let this go, but today I get a call from them trying to bill and additional $80.00 that was never authorized and as far as I can see never done. So with lousy service and an attempt to bill extra for work that was not done I decided that other customers should know what to expect. I have photographs to back my comments.

They are very reliable and consistent with their work. I had Cacti not only plan all my landscaping but have maintained it from day one. HIGHLY recommended.
