Everything was excellent from the moment I spoke to the person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment to the technician coming out and repairing the leak and completely checking out my entire sprinkler system to make sure that everything was in working order.

I am not impressed with the customer service of Cacti Landscapes at all. I specifically noted my phone number when I purchased the evaluation package. I received an email from the company a day later demanding my phone number. I responded immediately via email. I then waited over a week to hear from the company to schedule the evaluation. I explained during the phone call that I had a rather concerning leak I wanted looked at for an estimate during the visit. When the visit finally happened, the man did exactly what I paid for and gave me a brief overview of the work that needed to be done. I was specifically told the office would contact me with the specific repairs needed and an estimate to complete the repairs. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting. I have no complaints about the work that was done. The employee was professional and did exactly what he was supposed to do. It is the customer service side of Cacti that leaves me scratching my head. It seems to me a business would want a return customer, but I guess Cacti was not interested in any more money from me. I will find someone else to do business with in the future.

The estimate was rather quick actually to quick, it seemed to me that when we talked to the gentleman we told him what we were looking for and he was literally like oh okay. He walked to his car and before he drove off he had already sent an email with the landscaping plan and plants. It didn't even match up to what we were talking about. It was just like he had this already in his head based on the price. It didn't even match what we wanted. He seemed personable. What we wanted was a Asian themed back yard and what he came back with was just a bunch of plants and dessert landscaping.

The men planted the plants and flowers and they come up every year. We get fertilizer put on our flowers and plants twice a year and they come up so nice. \We are so glad that we hired them.

Never heard from them after I inquired about doing the work. Apparently, they didn't need the work.

I purchased the $480 for 12 hours coupon. 3 came and they arrived on time and was very professional throughout the day. I had a large overgrown yard and thought I'd run out of time and need to purchase more work time, but they worked hard and 4 hours later I had a beautiful trimmed and clean yard. Trees were cut, bushes were trimmed and lawn mowed. I assumed they would leave trimmings bagged for my trash day but they hauled everything away! I'm so happy! I will definitely hire Cacti Landscape again.

Good. The team worked for 3 hours & performed all work requested. Other than it was a little pricey (which I knew price ahead of time so no surprises) I liked everything they did.

WOW!! Geraldo promptly arrived and immediately started repairs of sprinkler heads, adjustments, broken PVC pipes, and a solenoid. AND... all of this was done in a matter of 3.5 hours. Amazing!! Even though I only purchased the 2 hours of labor for $120 deal, Geraldo continued to work until all issues were repaired. I don't even mind that I will need to pay for the additional 1.5 hours and materials, I am THAT impressed and grateful. Geraldo was courteous, professional, and even took the time to explain everything he was repairing. I am so very appreciative of EVERYTHING he accomplished in such a short time! Thank you, Geraldo, for such a wonderful job.

We like them. We got them through Angie's List. They always clean up and blow the entire front and back yard. It really looks good when they're gone. They come twice a month so it's a $120 a month.

Very well. Serviceman came on time. System was checked and a few repairs made for a reasonable price in a timely manner. Cacti will be my go-to source for future irrigation problems.

On time, did as expected. Did well on all counts.

They were very good. I don't remember the price, but it was reasonable. They came when they said they'd come. It was next day or two days later. I didn't have any problem with them coming out. The workers that I came in contact with were very good.

It ended up working out pretty well. I was charged an additional for a timer to the sprinkler system. They hooked up the sprinkler system, inspected it, put a new timer in so it would go on and off at a certain time. Honestly, the sprinkler system was leaking after that because I had a high water bill for like six months and I had to turn it off because no one could figure out what was wrong with it. So I don't know if that is good or bad because they missed that. I had like a $200 a month water bill for like months and that was not normal for having a pool. I hate penalize them but I think they should of caught that. In the future they should be thorough with their inspection so if there is a leak it is brought to the customers attention. They were very punctual and professional. The worst part was the leak that I did not even know was there until I had another company came out. I complained to my realtor and she said the water bill was not a normal price so I had to hire a leak detection company to come and inspect it.

My sprinklers were so high off the ground that people were constantly tripping over them. Also, my yard began to looks sloppy because the black trim separating rocks from the grass was 3-4 inches off the ground. Finally, I had gaps all over my yard due to the lack of rock. Everything was done perfectly. In fact, they essentially did a yard cleanup for free, as they blew all of the leaves from the fall and I was not charged. They didn't have to do that, they just did. Also, Bret told me that one of his guys left a half hour early. He didn't have to tell me that, because I would not have known. That dropped the price of services at least $50 that I would have ended up paying anyways. Bret's honest, personable, and his crew did a great job. My yard looks perfect. I'll be using them again.

The last people I hired did $285 in damage and cost $900+ in water down the street. Cacti fixed the bad repair from the other company

Gerardo went out of his way to fix minor problems and give his honest opinion of the state of the irrigation system. No hard sell involved. He was very informative.

Did not tell me how to operate based on changes. Still needed adjustments after he left. Returning.

They have been amazing so far; they show up when they are supposed to and do a nice job.

Cacti Landscapers know their business and give the customer their money's worth! After pointing out my problem areas and concerns, no follow up was required. Even took the initiative to dig up a leaky mainline I was not aware of. I am very impressed with their service and work ethic!
