Excellent. Representative came, tailored a package to our needs that was very competitive. Signed contract the following day. Installer installed system professionally, explained how to use it and cleaned up.

Service person showed up as promised, installation proceeded as agreed to. Installer forgot to leave two signs. We called, and got one sign delivered. Never did get second sign. We were satisfied with the service provided.

I really like Brinks and they did a very good job installing the system. They are good at following up on everything and I have no complaints with them. They explained everything about the system and gave us a booklet on it.

When installing the system, Brinks was very efficient. They explained how everything worked. They come every six months to make sure the system is working properly. The alarm triggered one time and it was very reassuring to see how quickly help was sent out. Even though, they perform regular maintenance checks, they still call periodically and confirm our code names and things. I have been very satisfied with the service since day one. I pay them monthly which is great.

Brinks Home Security completely explained our alarm system to me when they installed it. I have had a couple of false alarms and they called within minutes. Their response time was amazing. I liked that they did not charge me for them. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable and I feel safe and secure with them.

I already had a system installed so it was kind of easy for them. Things are a little different with Brinks than they were with my previous provider. They did not explain very much to me as far as how the system works. I kind of had to ask the questions and they followed with an answer. The pricing is great; they tend to be the cheapest I have found so far. I never encounter any false alarms or anything. I feel pretty content with Brinks. I feel they would keep me safe in time of need.
