Description of Work: Received est. 450.00 was very professional, curliest and seen I did not have the work preform from him I felt he would of done an outstanding job, which he would stand behind.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for them to perform a tune up on my air conditioner and to provide one pound of coolant.

Description of Work: After purchasing the coupon I got a msg on Angies List to contact the Provider to setup an appointment time. When I called the provider I discovered that he was a single owner operated AC service repair business and was booked through the next week and a half. That time frame was unacceptable for the service I needed.

Description of Work: After sending for voucher Angie List sent me a email stating the company would contact me within two days. The third day I got an email from Angie List asking me if they had contacted me. Since they did not I called Angie List and was told I was suppose to contact the service provider. Angie List personnel need to get their act together on this. The service provider was very honest about not wanting to work on my A/c since it would void the warranty. I thanked him for that. The A is for the service provider's honesty.

Description of Work: Check air unit

Description of Work: Luis examined the unit, he was very thorough and communicated with me throughout so I understood what he was seeing and doing. In the end he replaced the capacitor motor and fan blades.

Description of Work: I did not use his services as he wanted to replace parts that were not broken as well for an additional cost. I had another plumber just fix the broken valve for less money.

Description of Work: The service provider let us know that our unit was still under warranty. He did not want to chance voiding our warranty.

Description of Work: Provider was too busy, recommending that I call and ask for a refund.

Description of Work: This provider gave me an estimate that was abnormally very high for the service I requested, even with the coupon (compared to estimates from other providers). I do not plan on ever doing business with this provider again.

Description of Work: Purchased the Big Deal on June 10, 2013, then called the provider. Left message. Call not returned. Called again June 11 and the person answering said they could not provide plumbing service until at least August 15 Found another Angie's List plumber and they will be here tomorrow, June 12.

Description of Work: Called the owner Luis today 5/31/13. I wanted to set-up an appointment for my home inspection. He informed me that he is not licensed to work on Mobile homes. Unfortunately, this was not stated in the offer. He told me to call you for a refund. Thank You.

Description of Work: Luis said my units are too new to need a tune-up. I appreciate his honesty and will try his company once my units are old enough.

Description of Work: I called the service provider to schedule for next week. He said he was quite busy and only a two man business and needed 3 weeks advance notice. He suggested I contact Angie's List for a refund if I needed service earlier.

Description of Work: check out my AC unit for summer, very nice, good service, told me my AC was a good unit and working good even for it's age, i will definately use him again.

Description of Work: Requested leak check for the entire house. Fix 3 toilet leak. Replaced tubing for hot water leak and replaced main water valve for the house. Cost includes labor and materials required to detect whether it would show where leak is. Am satisfied with work performed except it is expensive. This is the plumbing work performed in addition the to the AC/Heating check ,
