Description of Work: Signed up for an AngiesList BigDeal, a $29 Airconditioning service/inspection. Upon contacting the company, the tech asked if our a/c was on the ground or on the roof. When told our a/c was on the roof, the tech apologized that he could not do the service/inspection as he had injured his knees and could not do roof jobs. He advised contacting AngiesList for a refund, which we did. Gave the guy an A over all for being honest and not stringing us along..

Description of Work: Luis, the owner and operater of this company came out. He inspected the three air conditioner units on my roof. He advised me that two of them were old but working well and that they didn't need attention but that one needed replaced as debris from the palm trees had been sucked into the unit and damaged it to the point that it no longer cooled. He also informed me that since it was a heat pump it would be a bit more money than a regular air conditioner. | |I was a bit surprised that he asked for full payment up front for the new unit without performing any work, and nervous that he might not return a week later to do the work since he was asking to be prepaid in full, but he did indeed show up as promised with a crane to lift the new unit into place and didn't leave until it was working well. | |He guaranteed the unit for 5yrs. - free parts and labor - and said it should last 15 yrs. | |Other than him wanting to be paid in full up front I am very happy. If I use him again I would only agree to pay 1/2 up front.

Description of Work: My Sister's male friend was there to oversee the service. He related the service was great and the technician knowledgeable. I believe he was so impressed he asked him to take a look at his system across the street! No add on charges and said all looked well except the fan unit may need to be replaced in the near future. This unit is 10 years old and gets a real work out in Las Vegas in the summer! I will call him to replace the fan in the future.

Description of Work: The source of leak was not really detected.They fixed and replaced some parts in the the toilet (they said where leak is coming),But leak did not stop.Was told just it give it time to dry.Hired another,discovered leak was coming from the attic AC unit which was installed incorrectly by the company.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for a $49.00 full home water leak assessment and comprehensive plumbing inspection. They reassured me that the water bill increase was not due to anything in my home.
