Description of Work: Luis was exceptionally professional and discussed what he was doing with me. I felt he was thoughtful and completed the job efficiently. I will be calling him again when it's time to go into the winter months.

Description of Work: Summer service for two homes at $49.00 each and replaced fan motor and capacitor for the larger home. The tech was very pleasant. Told me and my son all that he was doing and what he recommended be done and why. We followed his advice and had the fan motor and capacitor replaced. I will use All Around Heating & Cooling again.

Description of Work: Nothing. Made two appointments and he never showed. Claimed he was in an accident on the way over the first time. The second time he was a no call no show and after that wouldn't respond to me at all.

Description of Work: He checked the working condition of our Air Conditioners, added Freon as needed. He is very honest with you and explains everything that he did and what might be needed in the future.

Description of Work: Checked freon and filled @ half pound more than was required by the contract with no extra charge. A week later the main unit quit cooling. We have a home warranty and I had them send a service guy out and he found a burned wire and another that was close to burning out. Fixed it, but I wonder if All Around guy should have seen this coming.

Description of Work: The technician came over about 15 min. late. But, he called me to let me know that he was running a little behind. First he checked the a/c filters, they were in good condition. Then, he went outside to check both a/c units. One of the units was 2 pounds low on coolant so he filled it up at no extra cost. He answered all of my questions. I would use he again.

Description of Work: THEY ADED FREON TO THE UNIT IT WAS LOW BUT HAD NOT BEEN SERVICED FOR THE LAST12 YEARS THAT I KNOW OF. I HAD A STRANGE NOISE COMING FROM THE BLOWER THE REPAIR SAID THERE WAS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT AT THIS TIME. IT WAS A BALANCE PROBLEM THAT WOULD NOT HURT ANYTHING BUT IF WANTED HIM TO REPLACE THE COST WOULD BE AROUND $600.00 AND NOT NECESSARY AT THIS TIME.
