According to Paid bill, the technician found no leaks, and determined the problem to be a theft of refrigerant (R-22). Three days after charging me $1050 to fill the unit with 14 pounds of refrigerant, and refusing to honor his own coupon for 1 pound of refrigerant, the A/C unit was again not blowing cool/cold air. Technician then diagnosis the problem to be the necessity of replacing the whole A/C unit ($6000-$7000). Got a second opinion from a different company, who easily found the leak (which a new unit would not have fixed), and filled the unit with 9 pounds of refrigerant. Per the manufacturer of the unit, the filled capacity is labeled to be 8.3 pounds of refrigerant +/- 10%. The original "fill" of 14 pounds was 69% more than the unit held. Technician claimed that he did not have the time or resources to look for leaks, since this "problem" only occurs 2-3 times a year. The second technician found the leak within 10 minutes because it was readily apparent and he could even hear the gas escaping. Needless to say, I got scammed by All Around Heating & Cooling.

Technician, was on time. He called thirty minutes before, to let me know he was on his way. He put in the Freon. Gave me some maintenance tips. He was very professional. Would use company again.

I purchased the deal and the provider didn't reach out to me as they were supposed to. Then I called them to set up an appointment and was told that they would get back to me. They did not, so I followed up again, and he said that he would get back to me with some days that would work. He finally gave me a date and time. On the date of the appointment he didn't show up. And when I called, he didn't know who I was or anything about our appointment, so I called in to Angie's List and got a refund for my purchase.

Explained what he did in detail and the pros and cons of repairing or replacing unit.

Did a great job and is one of the best A/C guys in town. A breath of freash air.

Superior integrity, expertise and service. Another company had stated I needed a new control panel for $1000. Luis checked the unit and determined the only thing it needed was a Freon re-charge. All Around will be the only HVAC company that I will use and recommend to others, going forward.

Excellent, as usual. We have used this company for several years and are always happy with the work Luis Jones does. In the 25 years we have lived in Las Vegas we have used several companies and he is definitely the best. Luis has done everything for us from annual routine heating and A/C inspections to major work. He is always prompt, professional, extremely honest and his rates are very fair. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and answers all questions. This man should teach a course in Customer Service. We recommended him to our neighbors when they needed A/C repairs.

He recommended we wait to add the Freon when the weather starts getting warm again instead of doing it at the end of last summer.

Luis was able to schedule within a couple of days. He called when he was on his way. He found a Freon leak so it was expensive due to the old type of Freon used in my 15 year old heat pump. He replaced the leaking port and 5 lbs of Freon plus the tune-up.

The owner came on time, checked the system, and fairly evaluated my system as old but one that had ben well maintained with parts replaced as needed. he could have tried to sell me a new system based on age, but did not, saying my system was working fine. This compares favorably with other vendors who tried hard to sell me a new system. I think this is a company run by an honest man, which is refreshing.

great. Arrived on-time and did the job as promised

Very honest. I mentioned what the previous company I had used; wanted me to spend about 600$ in preventive care. He said that was bogus and altho my unit is old, it is working perfectly well as is. After Luis left, I removed old company's card and taped his on my unit. I will definitely use him in the future .

Luis arrived 30 minutes early, checked the outside unit, replaced the inside filters and replaced a seal at no additional charge. I'm so glad the weather cooperated today! It's been so cold! (you shouldn't run the unit under 50 degrees). Expert advice and expert service! I will definitely hire again.

I purchased a Big Deal with this provider. I scheduled an appointment for 3/31/17 and he cancelled the appointment an hour before he was supposed to show because it was too cold outside. I scheduled this appointment over two weeks ago. He was very unprofessional and I will not recommend him.

I am extremely happy with the quality of service that Luis provides. He is knowledgeable, honest and very thorough. His company is a great asset to our community and I will hire him again and again!
