Description of Work: Luis came on time, serviced our AC unit and was very polite and informative with my husband. I noticed on his business card that he does more than just AC so we will be using him again in the future for other services. We would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Checked air conditioner and put in some freon. Very nice young man, very polite and helpful......Had used him once before, but forgot--- and he remembered being at my house. Would definitely use his service again...

Description of Work: Inspected the A/C system, recharged the Freon. This is the second time we have used this company. Luis Jones is very professional, helpful and informative. He called about a half hour before the service time to let us know he was on his way, he showed about one minute before the scheduled appointment. He provided the services we had requested, and stayed on to offer advice to my husband on some other issues. Book early, this guy is in demand!!!

Description of Work: I purchased on April 8, 2015 and on April 10, received an email telling me to call the company for appointment. I called on the morning of the 13th,of April, and the man said he could not get to me for a month May 14, 2015. I said that I needed an appointment before that because I wanted to have the AC serviced before I turned the unit on for the season. He said I didn't need it serviced before I turned it on. I said, yes, I wanted it done before I turned it on, I have always done that and that I thought a month and a day was far too long. He said he was a one may show, and that was it, take it or leave it. I said I was going to leave it and call my regular AC company, and he said I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. I said that may be, but I am the customer, and I don't want to wait a month. He hung up.

Description of Work: I chose the Big Deal and when I contacted the provider to schedule the appointment, he said "it's pointless." He wanted me to wait until next summer to do the work. This makes me wonder why he even listed the deal to begin with at this time of year. I put the date I spoke to him as the date of service because it was never scheduled.

Description of Work: I would like a refund. I called this guy THREE different times leaving a message with my phone number. His answering machine says he returns all calls, but I never got a call and never got a message on my machine either.

Description of Work: He went to 3 of my properties for a general check-up on the a/c's..He added coolant to 2 of the a/c's at no charge...He was having trouble with his truck so his punctuality was a little off but overall I was very pleased & will use him again..

Description of Work: This guy is REALLY good! Tuned up my AC. Answered all my questions honestly. And, was very pleasant to deal with. Refreshing to deal with someone who owns his own business and really knows what customer service is all about. I really recommend him. And, when I need more service or will have to replace something I'll definitely be calling Luis. COOOL!!

Description of Work: Was very impressed with the service and the friendliness of the provider. |They used more freon than was stated in the add and didn't charge me |anymore for it. Couldn't be happier with the service on my air conditioner. Great company. I will have them again.
