Description of Work: I scheduled a tune up for the two units at my rental property. The technician had a problem with his truck and had to push back the appointment 4 hours. He communicated well throughout and I was very pleased with his work.

Description of Work: I thought I was overcharged for the service provided. The invoice says both the condenser and capacitor were replaced. I don't think these parts are that expensive. The invoice does not detail the cost of these two parts. It took the technician 10 minutes to do this. I'm also assuming they needed to be replaced because he didn't explain anything. The invoice also states "charged unit 5 pounds for Freon." One pound was supposed to be free. The invoice does not explain what the cost of the Freon was. I felt very uncomfortable with all of this. I paid the technician the $585 and I felt it was way too much money because he didn't explain any of these costs. I watched him replace the parts, but I don't know how many of pounds of Freon he put in the unit or if he came up with an arbitrary number. This is the reason for my ratings. If he would have explained what the problem was and what the cost would be, I would have felt better about his service. If I am incorrect about the cost of this service please advise me and I will change the rating.

Description of Work: I had screeching from my air conditioner, but it was still blowing cool air. The screech stopped, but I decided a tune up was needed. All Around Heating and Cooling had a coupon deal with excellent reviews. The reviews were why I chose them. Luis was prompt and professional at returning phone calls and arriving for the appointment. He did the tune up and found my refrigerant to be low. He gave me honest feedback about although my unit is old it is still working fine at the present time. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and the work done. I will definetly call him again for tune ups and further assessment or services of and for my heating and cooling units.

Description of Work: I scheduled a Big Deal tune up for the following week, but my AC gave out that evening. I called Luis the next day to see if he could come sooner. He came right out and saw that I needed my unit replaced. I wish I had a little more time to research AC units, but Luis answered all my questions. He recommended an appropriate unit with a great warranty on parts and labor. More that I wanted to pay, but I don't think I have much to worry about for the next 10 years. He installed that afternoon with an assistant and disposed of the old unit. Great service: promptly returned all calls and e-mails, professional, trustworthy, and conscientious. Thanks Luis!

Description of Work: Luis came o n time. Put freon in. A week later when one of the units was making a clattering sound I called. He couldn't come until a week later which was unacceptable. Said I could call someone else, which I did. Would not use again.
