Description of Work: Luis came out to check my furnace in the attic. Another company had told me I needed about $300 worth of work on it. Luis said my unit was good and not in need of any work.

Description of Work: Refilled coolant. It needed a lot, but the charge seemed excessive.

Description of Work: He arrived right on time and confirmed that everything was working fine. He was very honest and told me that everything looked good and I did not need any parts or anything. Absolutely no complaints here.

Description of Work: I have three A/C units. One quit working and the other two were not blowing as cold as I through they should. It took five days during 100+ degree temps to get a tech to my house. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was over Labor Day weekend and I saw that they had high ratings. However, when the tech/owner did come out he gave me an estimate to replace one unit and said that he did not have time to do the work on the other units that day. I found him quite rude. I found another service provider, in a day,who replaced the bad 4-ton condenser for $500 less and did the maintenance on the other two units as part of the deal.

Description of Work: The Ac unit had been purchased from them 2 years earlier and I thought it a good time for an inspection. As luck would have it the unit acted up as I set up the appointment. A faulty relay was replaced and the unit put back into service. It took two trips once just cleaning the relay and the second replacing it under warranty repair.

Description of Work: I thought I was overcharged for the service provided. The invoice says both the condenser and capacitor were replaced. I don't think these parts are that expensive. The invoice does not detail the cost of these two parts. It took the technician 10 minutes to do this. I'm also assuming they needed to be replaced because he didn't explain anything. The invoice also states "charged unit 5 pounds for Freon." One pound was supposed to be free. The invoice does not explain what the cost of the Freon was. I felt very uncomfortable with all of this. I paid the technician the $585 and I felt it was way too much money because he didn't explain any of these costs. I watched him replace the parts, but I don't know how many of pounds of Freon he put in the unit or if he came up with an arbitrary number. This is the reason for my ratings. If he would have explained what the problem was and what the cost would be, I would have felt better about his service. If I am incorrect about the cost of this service please advise me and I will change the rating.
