Luis let me know ahead of time that he would be arriving at my house a little late, and did arrive 20 minutes late as he predicted. He was very friendly, was neat, clean, well groomed and very professional. He asked me to turn on my A/C for the inspection , then he immediately got to work, and climbed his ladder to service my A/C unit . A short while later, he came down off of the roof and came inside to discuss the A/C unit's condition. He asked me some questions about the age of the unit, and inspected some of the vents in the ceiling and the output of cool air. He spent time explaining to me that my unit would probably last until it was about 25-30 years old. He gave me a receipt, his card and told me about his referral incentive program. He did tell me that he did not clean my unit and that a cleaning service is separate from the tune up he did today. I think that this service should more properly be called : "Air Conditioning System Inspection" and not a tune up.

It went great. He had to replace two capacitors. He is very professional and reliable. He has a great response time and is very prompt. He showed up early, but called a head of time to make sure that was okay.

We got a special from them. He was very cordial and businesslike. He seems to be very knowledgeable. We are very happy with him and planning to use him again in the future.

Luis was VERY open and honest regarding our systems and their longevity (each 15 years old). They were both in good shape and we could expect 5-10 more years out of them with annual checks. He detailed our options in the event they did fail and what the approximate costs would be for repair versus replacement. It was refreshing to have someone show up and not try to sell us new systems when our current ones are working fine. I'd recommend Luis to anyone looking for an honest assessment of their A/C or heating systems. We'll definitley have him back in the Fall to check our heating systems!

It went great. Called Luis and he came over and let me watch what he did and explained everything to me. He was very personable and answered all my questions as well as gave me some great tips. I was very please with his work and I will use him again

I called Luis on a Monday afternoon, he came out Tuesday morning to do a tune-up on my 2 AC units. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions, let me feel the pipes and look at the gauges so I understood what levels my freon should be at. He was efficient and knowledgeable and did the job quickly but thoroughly. I was pleased with the service.

I really hate writing a bad review, but I am hoping that by writing this I will be helping others. We called to have him come out and put some freon in our A/C unit. We believe we have a very slow leak and at the start of the summer we have 3 pounds of freon put in. We have used another Angies List company in the past - but they couldn't come out right away so we thought we would try this company (because of the Angies List Coupon). We were told that he would be out there between 3 and 4 PM . He finally arrived at 6:10Pm. This is one of our rental units and our tenants were not happy having waited in the heat for 3 hours. He told me that I needed to pay $390.00 to get it working again and put freon in. I only wanted to use the coupon with the $49.00 special for 2 pounds of freon and I'd pay $65 for one extra pound. He told me that "I needed 5 to 8 pounds of freon" He also told me that "my unit takes a total of 20 pounds of freon. This sounded ridiculous to me so I told him to just put in the 2 free pounds of freon (per the coupon) and then add 1 extra pound that I would pay for ($65) He then told me that "the 3 pounds wouldn't work, the motor could burn up, I'd be wasting my money, the unit would still be 5 pounds short, etc" Upon further questioning he admitted to me that he 'put's in an extra 2 pounds of freon to top it off . I called my husband ( a licensed plumbing contractor) and he said that our unit only takes a maximum of 10 pounds if it were empty. I called him back and told him that I would not have him do anything. 5 minutes later our usual A/C company (Sun Country) called us and came right over. They looked at the unit and got it working right away. I asked him how much freon in total does our unit take and he said 8 - 10 pounds maximum. He said he would be back in a day to see if it is working okay and might have to put in 3 pounds of freon. He charged me nothing.

Professional, knowledgable and great advice. Mr. Jones gave me a more than fair estimate, performed services at high quality and was more than accomodating. I usually dont trust the advise of services individuals because they are always trying to sell you something, but Mr. Jones wasstraight to the point. He told me what I needed and my options. Why each option was good or bad. And the rest was history. I will definitely use this company again and again...

I called Luis because he was recommended to me from my friend who is a Angie's List customer. I called him and he showed up on time. I also found out that he works for himself and he does all the work, not like the other guys who send an employee. I like dealing with the owner, you always get better service in my opinion. He found that the main line was too old to repair, my house is 35 years old and he beat everyone elses estimate by so much I decided to sign up to angies list and leave a comment, thanks Luis.
