Did for both AC units. Added freon to 1 unit. The other unit OK.

Luis contacted me the next day to set up and appointment. On the day of the job he called to confirm the time and arrived right on time. He did the tune up added refrigerant replaced a part that need replacement and was done in 40 minutes. Very positive experience.

The contractor came in 2 hours, and explained what happened and it was fixed within 30 min. very professional and did a go job.

Luis put in 2 lbs of refrigerant which was double the amount agreed upon without an extra charge.

Louis Jones gave me a realistic timeframe of when he would show up, and called later to let me know that he was on his way. He told me that the noise was from the motor, but that it could last an indefinite period, if I could put up with the noise - but it would need to be replaced to eliminate the noise. I chose to live with it awhile and see what happens. He came when he said he would, gave honest service and did not even charge for the service call! He was totally honest and professional and I will definitely call him back to replace the motor when it goes out for good. I recommend him highly!

He showed up on time but was so much in a hurry. I had to ask him several times to please slow down so I could understand what my unit needed. He stated it was low on freon (?) and would prob need 3-4 pounds of air at $70 a pound because the pressure was just a bit low. After to agreeing to 3 pounds it still was not close to the pressure it needed. He never showed me anything like a gauge he just went on roof came back down 3 minutes later and said it still was low. Nothing has changed in my air conditioner. It still is not cold but I didn't feel comfortable being pressured to make a 2 second decision after paying the $200 and still didn't make a difference I the pressure. I just asked him to leave. Be careful. I've had other AC guys take time, explain and show proof they actually did something. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't even add the 3 pounds of freon. I will never use him again based not only on his shadiness but his disposition.

Wonderful. Several years ago I hired Mr. Jones to do some work on my a/c after another contractor quoted me $14,000 to repair the unit. Mr. Jones came in for a second opinion and possible repair. He examined the unit and told me that I was being scammed. No charge. Over time, I lost his card, but I never forgot how honest he was. I was absolutely delighted today when I realized that I had selected his company. I won't lose this phone number again. He's efficient, direct, polite, professional, and scrupulously honest. He explained what was happening with my a/c unit, how much refrigerant my unit needed last year versus this year, and made recommendations that were fiscally sound. I will definitely be calling him next time I need any repairs. Angie's List doesn't have an A+, but he deserves one.

Luis was prompt and knowledgeable and went right to work correcting the problem. He kept us informed about what he was doing. We were pleased and will hire him again and we will recommend him to others.

VERY satisfied.... he reviewed my unit with professional comments on its current condition and on the way my AC was installed 2 years ago (by another company).........I am impressed.. No cheap sales pitches....

Called Luis Sunday night and he said he could be out the next morning between 10-12am. Wound up calling Monday morning because he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier! Very professional and courteous. He actually explained all the issues and their cost prior to performing any work. We needed a new control unit circuit card because a major relay on it had failed. Great work and I would definitely use him again and recommend to friends and family.

EXCELLENT! I could not be more satisfied with the work. Luis called the morning of service to let me know when he would arrive. He was very punctual, and I appreciated that. He went straight to work and charged the units and did an inspection. He was very honest, professional and very straight with me. You don't find this level of service often. I give Louis and his company my highest endorsement and will certainly call them in the future.
