I purchased a coupon for an AC unit tune up. Luis arrived on-time and asked if it the unit was still under warranty and I told him it was. Luis suggested that I NOT have the tune up done because the warranty might be void he opens the unit before the warranty expires. I want to thank Luis for being an honest business person. I will not hesitate to call him when I do need service in my home.

We needed our annual AC check and tune-up to be ready for the upcoming summer days. Our appointment was scheduled immediately and came out when it was convenient for us. I mentioned to him that I saw the $55.00 deal on Angie's List but was not able to purchase it at that time. He offered right away to honor the deal which really helped us out. The service was performed in a timely manner as always and we were ready for the heat. We definitely recommend All Around and have now used their services multiple times and will continue to do so.

Luis Jones, owner of the company, couldn't get to check out my non-working air conditioner until nearly midnight, but, he promised he would service my call the same day - and he did! Due to the previous company I had been using not servicing my unit properly, Mr. Jones was concerned about the compressor ($2,500), but, he decided to change the capacitor and motor first ($750), and hope for the best. He did also have to return and change a burned out wire the next day (no charge). He saved me $2,500.00 and gave me a Senior Discount... total cost to me $675.00. Have patience when you call. the motor and compressor were both in good condition for there age. he made the recommendation that i change the air filter more often. i was very satisfied with the service i received.

When we moved to this property we started having problems with the air conditioning.We looked around and hired a company but our ac was the same we were very disappointed and we started loking around again. We finally found this company after comparing prices we decided on this company Luis the owner of this company showed up, and looked at the ac fix the ac and was done he was easy to work with professional and on time. Our ac is now working perfectly and that made us very happy thank you Luis for your service.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed a provider dut he really was great. Luis was here 2 hrs, after we called and an hour later motor and another part were replaced and 2nd unit checked out. Great person and does wonderful work in a very timely manner. Would call him again and recommend him to everyone. Also felt the price was fair considering parts and labor,

Luis confirmed our appointment prior to coming out and came out as agreed. His positive attitude made it a pleasant experience. We purchased 1 unit A/C tune up and 1lb of freon however, he checked all 3 of our units without any additional charge. He explained to us how to do trouble shooting and the condition of our units. He did everything as needed. He left us with a very good feeling. We recommend him highly and if there are any needs for Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, or Bathroom remodeling in the future, we will definitely call him. He was like a breath of fresh air.

I purchased the coupon and called for service because my toilet was experiencing phantom flushes. When I called for services, my calls were not returned. A couple of weeks later I called and my call was answered. An appointment was made. The tune up consisted of replacing the toilet flapper only. I was quoted an additional price of $300 to replace the insides of the toilet.

It went perfectly and smoothly from first phone call to actual service. I asked Luis(owner) to send me a reminder every other year to have my HVAC system maintained.

Luis did a great job. He explained a lot oi things to me and did an excellent job with the tune up.

I bought the coupon for my mom and it sounded like the guys did a great job. They were thorough.

They were very responsive, came out the day after I bought the big deal. They worked quickly and they were professional.

Luis Jones was working on our bathroom and had to fix our main water line. It was not an easy job but he was fast and efficient .We are very pleased with the work and character of this company and Luis Jones. We will definitely hire All around heating-cooling-plumbing for all the cervices they provide. We are more than pleased with the results, and we feel safe to be able to use this bathroom once again. It was an awesome experience . I called All around heating- cooling-plumbing to take a look at my AC unit because it was not working properly. Luis Jones arrived and fixed it . It did not take long and he was very polite. I will highly recommend this companies work . They are very professional and do great work..

I wasn't happy with it. He didn't even touch the faucet to what the drip was about. And then he said that the manabloc system was no good and that I should have the whole system replaced. He really did nothing, other than give me that advice.

It was fine. No problems.

The owner, Luis, came out to assess the situation on 6/3 and advised what needed to be done. He gave me the cost to do the work and said he would try to fit me in at the end of the day. He called me late in the day but I needed to reschedule to 6/6 in the AM. He agreed and had one of his guys arrive on schedule. It took a little longer to complete the project but it was done very professionally and the end result was a quality job. There was very little mess which he cleaned up. I was completely satisfied with the job.

This was the most prompt, professional and courteous service I have ever had from any company in Las Vegas. I called in the morning, and he told me his day was full, but he would be happy to stop by after his last job in the evening. He phoned me to let me know when he was on his way, and arrived exactly when he said he would . It was apparent from the beginning that he was sharp and very knowledgeable. In a matter of must minutes, he had found and corrected the main problem. Thereafter, he made a thorough inventory of the house, showing us things we should fix and explaining what we need to do differently to help our home not heat up as much, the a/c to work more efficiently, and to bring down our electric bill. Although it was the end of a busy day. he was patient and straight-forward, and made sure we understood exactly what his recommendations were. Even after he ascertained that he was not going to get a larger job out of the service call, he remained patient and friendly, staying until he was certain we were comfortable and satisfied. We were already pleasantly surprised by his proficiency and attitude, but the biggest shock was the final bill. After spending a considerable amount of time, fixing our immediate problem and inventorying our home, he didn't ask for one cent. There was no service charge. We tried to pay him for his time and trouble, but he refused to accept anything. After some very bad experiences with a/c companies last summer. the entire visit was refreshing and satisfying. I will ALWAYS call All-Around Heating-Cooling-Plumbing in the future. Finding someone who knows what they are talking about is rare enough. Finding an expert who is also honest and generous is unbelievable!

He found both A/Cs working properly, so no additional work was needed. I would trust him implicitly to perform A/C service on my 2 A/C units.

Luis came to perform the service and was nice enough to let us know that the A/C unit was too new. If he did do the check up the warranty would no longer be valid. His honesty saved us a few dollars. We will keep his name on file and once the unit is out of warranty, we will be calling.
